　　1月25日，网民“哭诉人”发出《益阳法官公然索贿，杀人案按钱量刑》的帖文，举报益阳市中级人民法院刑一庭法官易某某公然索贿，并且对当事人态度粗暴。据帖文描述，“哭诉人”刘政华的丈夫被他人杀害，案件由益阳市中级人民法院审理。承办法官易某某在了解当事人诉求及协调民事赔偿过程中提出：“如果你们找钱过来，我帮你们疏通一下，也许可判个无期或死缓。”

　　益阳市中级人民法院回复称，法院得知此事后立即成立调查组。从初步调查的情况看，没有证据证实易某某有索贿情形。但在历次调解过程中，因刘政华哭闹，不听劝阻，易某某态度确有不当之处，法院已对其进行批评教育，其本人也对态度问题承认错误。

　　据益阳中院回复，举报索贿一帖由刘政华的儿子刘思发布。1月28日，法院有关部门负责人先后走访了刘政华、其亲属及律师。刘政华本人及其律师表示，没有听说过有法官要钱一事。刘思称易某某找其要钱之事有录音证实，但已经删掉，如果可以恢复，在2月7日左右给调查组回复。

　　益阳中院表示，将视情况进一步调查。
