　　中新网杭州1月31日电(吴佳蔚 李敏吉) 31日，记者自杭州市城管委方面获悉，当天上午，杭州主城区环卫工人共清扫除夕夜民众燃放的烟花爆竹垃圾113吨。气象部门表示，由于在弱气压中，低空有逆温层，风力小、湿度大，再加上连续燃放的烟花爆竹，凝集了大量烟尘，或加重了雾霾天气。

　　农历大年初一，当多数民众准备出门迎新拜年之际，一场突如其来的大雾将中国华东地区“闷”了个水泄不通。

　　据浙江省气象局方面消息称，31日凌晨6时，浙江部分地区出现了小于500米的浓雾，其中，嘉兴、湖州、绍兴能见度不足200米。更甚者，如丽水缙云仅14米、衢州常山17米、湖州安吉20米。当天，杭州城区也只有69米的能见度。

　　对此，浙江省气象局于凌晨5时发布了大雾橙色预警信号，部分县市区发布了红色预警信号。

　　当天上午，记者在杭州武林广场、吴山广场等主要商业街区看到，区域内的路面已恢复了整洁，除夕夜持续了数小时的烟火狂欢彷佛烟消雾散，不留半点痕迹。

　　据杭州市城管委方面介绍，截至春节前，该市共有9700余名环卫工人仍在从事道路清扫保洁，有90%的工人放弃回老家过年，选择留守在杭城，继续为这座城市默默奉献。

　　不过，节日期间，由于烟花爆竹燃放具有品种多、数量大、时间长、垃圾清扫难的特点，大大增加了环卫工人工作强度，并对城市环境造成严重影响，对人体健康产生重大危害。

　　据不完全统计，近几年来，每年大年初一，杭州市区环卫工人清扫除夕夜燃放的烟花爆竹垃圾在200吨左右，2014年约为113吨，较2013年同比下降了22%。

　　尽管如此，大量的烟花爆竹燃放后所产生的废气依然对杭州乃至浙江多个城市造成了空气污染。

　　浙江省气象部门表示，春节自除夕夜开始到大年初一，浙江全省均出现不同程度的大雾天气。由于在弱气压中，低空有逆温层，风力小、湿度大，再加上连续燃放的烟花爆竹，凝集了大量烟尘，或加重了雾霾对城市的侵袭。

　　另据杭州市公安消防部门发布消息称，从除夕当天早上6时到晚上11时，消防方面共接到火警15起，其中有超过一半是由于烟花爆竹燃放不当引起。

　　目前，杭州多个政府部门已联合向全社会发起倡议，希望广大民众过节期间选择文明、环保的庆祝方式，减少烟花爆竹的燃放量。(完)
