　　据新华社电 记者日前从教育部获悉，在2006年发布的《全日制民族中小学汉语课程标准（试行）》基础上修订的《民族中小学汉语课程标准（义务教育）》已投入使用，更加注重培养少数民族学生的汉语应用能力。

　　据介绍，汉语应用能力的形成，建立在学生的语言知识、语言技能、文化意识、学习策略和情感态度五个方面综合发展的基础之上，新的课程标准按照九年一贯的学习系统进行设计，在总体目标之下，从上述五个方面，按一至二年级、三至四年级、五至六年级、七至九年级四个学段，分别提出“学段标准”。

　　同时，这一标准为学生制定了包括认知策略、调控策略、交际策略和资源策略等一系列专业技能在内的学习策略，学生可在学习中根据不同情况，学会应用各种学习策略，找到适合自己的有效的学习方法，促进学业的发展，还针对民族地区的特色情况给出教学、评价以及课程资源开发等方面的建议。

　　教育部已要求各地将该课程标准作为双语教师培训的一项重要内容，认真组织开展相关培训活动。
