　　入冬以来，沈阳市环保局通过夜查晨查、集中执法、突击检查等多种手段，重点对全市155家供暖、热电和自备锅炉企业等排污单位开展执法专项检查。环保部门鼓励公众共同参与环境违法行为监督，结合公众对环境违法企业的举报，严厉打击大气污染防治设施不正常运行及超标准排放污染物等环境违法行为，对擅自不正常运行废气治理设施的企业实施依法查处。

　　截至目前，沈阳市共检查大气排污单位2426家次，立案查处31家违法企业和单位，处罚金额165万元。其中，沈阳化工大学、沈阳药科大学、中国医科大学等三所高校因“不正常使用大气污染物处理设施”共被罚款15万元。

　　沈阳市环保局还将通过媒体陆续公布大气污染违法企业和单位查处情况，敦促违法单位限期改正违法行为，保证采暖期空气环境质量。
