　　江苏台记者杨欢：目前南京处在大雾天气中，在室外有一种雾里看花的感觉，能见度大概在300-800米左右。早上6点半，南京气象发布官方微博，称省内大部分地区的能见度在一公里以下，有雾霾或者是浓雾。在未来12小时，估计这个能见度1-2公里左右。在此提醒广大朋友注意行车安全。此外天气预报还显示，今天南京最低温度9-10度，最高温度20-21度，温度并不算特别低，在体外穿薄羽绒服体感比较舒适。但是在北方有一股较强冷空气，正在东移南下，预计明天也就是3号开始，将自北向南先后影响南京，在这个冷空气过境之后，气温将会明显下降，而空气质量也会有所好转。

　　南京PM2.5爆表 空气中污染难缓解

　　我们都知道，春节期间集中燃放烟花爆竹是影响空气质量的重要因素。因此有环保人士再度呼吁，为了环境和健康，要减少烟花爆竹的燃放。江苏台记者查多、张倩报道。

　　除夕的晚上6点开始，迎新年的鞭炮声开始变得密集起来，南京的PM2.5浓度开始陡然上升，7点钟，指数已经达到了333微克/立方米，比此前一个小时上升了约一倍。随着贺岁的脚步临近，燃放鞭炮燃放的人越来越多，PM2.5的数据也继续上升，到了凌晨两点，PM2.5值达到了578微克/立方米的峰值，南京的PM2.5爆表了！

　　鞭炮不仅对空气有污染，也加重了环卫工人们的工作负担。初一早上四点，南京市凤凰西街上的几个环卫工人们准时到岗，到中午11点，他们已经扫了四五车的鞭炮垃圾。

　　环保和气象部门预测，这两天大气扩散条件不会有明显改善，空气中的污染难以缓解。因此，南京紫金山生态环保大队队长刘光华再次呼吁，少放烟花爆竹：

　　刘光华：年味要看怎么讲，现在文化娱乐活动很多很多，都可以体现我们的民俗、民风，不一定非要放鞭炮，我们年纪大的人特别烦这个噪音，雾霾非常厉害，仍然很多人放鞭炮，希望大家能够自觉地少放鞭炮，尽量不放。

　　其实，为了避免春节期间燃放烟花爆竹产生污染，今年全国许多地方都纷纷出台了燃放烟花爆竹的规定。比如在北京，环保部门春节前就宣布，春节期间，如果空气质量达到空气重污染红色橙色预警时，全市范围内就将禁止燃放烟花爆竹。而且一旦发布红色橙色预警，北京全市的烟花爆竹零售网点也必须暂停销售烟花爆竹。

　　在河南洛阳今年春节期间，如果不按规定燃放烟花爆竹的将被罚款，情节严重的责任人甚至会被拘留。

　　按照规定，今年春节期间，在禁止燃放烟花爆竹的时间、地点燃放烟花爆竹，或者以危害公共安全和人身、财产安全的方式燃放烟花爆竹的，将会被当地公安部门责令立即停止燃放，并依法对责任人处100元以上500元以下罚款，情节严重的责任人甚至会被处5天以下拘留。对于这些规定，一些年轻人则认为，这是法治社会的正常表现，值得提倡。市民李小姐告诉记者：

　　市民李小姐：现在的雾霾天气这么严重，如果不出一些比较有限制的法令，那么对于燃放烟花爆竹这样的行为是没有办法去遏制的。

　　然而记者采访中发现，许多老年人都认为这个规定处罚过重。

　　市民杨阿姨说：我认为，过年是老祖宗留下来的传统节日，放鞭炮是图个吉利，只要不到危险的地方去放，热闹热闹还是可以的。

　　武汉：主城区除夕禁放鞭炮 PM2.5比去年除夕降6成

　　在武汉，今年春节，主城区全面禁放鞭炮，这是1994年江城主城区首次禁鞭以来，第二次开启“禁鞭令”。禁放鞭炮对空气质量改善效果相当明显，今年农历除夕夜，武汉主城区PM2.5比去年除夕降6成。武汉台记者周嘉旎报道：

　　今年，是武汉市实施燃放烟花爆竹“限改禁”的第一年。大年三十、初一、初二三天，武汉市共查处违规燃放烟花爆竹案件54起，罚款处罚53人，警告1人。

　　由于禁鞭，今年春节，武汉的空气质量有明显好转。武汉市环境监测中心的监测数据显示，今年除夕凌晨，武汉市主城区PM2.5比去年除夕下降6成。空气质量也明显优于同一时间周边城市的空气质量。

　　武汉市环境监测中心高级工程师李蒲：根据我们这两天的观察，本次禁鞭工作成效不错。从近几日看，我们空气污染指数并没有因为燃放烟花爆竹产生大的变化，禁鞭工作对整个空气质量的改善，应该说是起到了很好的作用。

　　市民姚女士：放个鞭就是说热闹一点，有个气氛，过年的气氛。不过现在的鞭不安全，又空气污染，本来空气就不好，再鞭一放对身体不好。

　　其实，无论是环保人士的倡议，还是环保部门的规定，最终让我们在春节可以看到繁星点点，可以畅快呼吸的，还是大家自觉自为的行动。我们有太多的方式来诠释年味儿，但唯独，不该是刺鼻的味道。
