　　房价堪比一线城市，这与地理环境有很大关系。温岭地处山区，居民建设用地非常紧张。老城区商业繁华，人口集中，一房难求；当人们手里有积蓄时，对居住条件要求就会比较高，不但要够住还要住得舒服。晚饭时，一位在城建局工作的叔叔坐在我旁边，据他介绍，温岭市已经启动了老城改造和扩建计划，未来新城的面积足足有老城的两倍，而且政府和大的商业区也将率先搬迁，促进城市中心转移，能够在一定程度上缓解目前供求不平衡的矛盾，起到稳定房价的作用。
