春节期间，魅族科技创始人、董事长黄章在魅族论坛表示，自己将在春节后重新回公司上班，并有计划引入投资人，把公司做大。
随着黄章的回归，魅族的管理团队也发生了一些变化。黄章在公司上班第一天的讲话中表示会引入一位负责资本运作的副总裁。而在在回答一位员工提问的时候，黄章提到，自己已经正式兼任公司CEO，并且肯定了原魅族CEO白永祥对公司的帮助。
黄章的这番话似乎透露白永祥将离开魅族。但据魅族公关部表示，原魅族CEO白永祥目前仍然留在魅族，职位待定。
黄章在魅族论坛表示：“既然我出山肯定需要我亲自来主导，他可以协助我。”
过去三年，作为魅族的灵魂人物，黄章几乎都在家办公，公司日常事务都由白永祥负责。黄章的回归意味着公司重新完全回到了他自己的掌控中，他也将从过去专注于产品，把精力更多的分配到资本运作和公司管理上。
