不久后，当地警方接到举报，找到了这位贪玩的女孩，并决定起诉她“散布儿童色情内容”。警方称，这名女孩发布的“裸照”并非一般意义上的裸照，而是“不给他人留一点想象空间的裸照”。

警方同时称，除了这名女孩将被指控“散布儿童色情内容”外，任何传播她裸照的人也将会被控以“散布儿童色情内容”罪名。
