9个省已通过“单独两孩”备案程序
今天，国家卫生计生委召开2014年全国卫生计生工作会议，也是国家卫生计生委组建以来召开的第一次全国卫生计生工作会议，会议对全年的工作进行部署。
据介绍，目前，全国已有上海、江苏等9个省按要求通过“单独两孩”政策备案程序，浙江、安徽、广西3个省份正式实施“单独两孩”政策。

2014年还将加快推进公立医院改革，继续巩固完善基层运行新机制。将启动实施第二批县级公立医院综合改革试点。
国家卫计委年内将编制完成《全国医疗卫生服务体系规划纲要(2015-2020年》，制定区域卫生规划。近期，还将出台《关于推进县级公立医院综合改革的意见》以及其配套文件，控制医药费用不合理过快增长。
加快建立分级诊疗制度，完善基本药物政策，提高基本医保制度的保障能力，积极鼓励社会办医，创新人才培养使用机制，加快人口健康信息化建设。
