　　专家提醒尽早就医

　　昨日，在谈到此次的余某死亡病例时，深圳市疾控中心相关专家表示，从临床特点看，人感染H 7N 9禽流感起病急、早期出现发热，体温在38.6到40℃，咳嗽，大部分少痰，或伴有头痛、肌肉酸痛和全身不适等流感样症状。发病后5到7天出现呼吸困难和重症肺炎，并快速进展出现急性呼吸窘迫综合征。

　　“开始是一般流感样症状，可是病情进展会很快，不能大意。”他说，越早诊疗效果越好。凡是有发热、头痛、全身酸痛、咽痛、流泪、鼻塞等流感样症状者，要尽早到医院就医，不必恐慌，如果有活禽接触或暴露史，或有高血压、糖尿病等基础病者，要及时主动告知医生，以方便明确诊断。
