消费者对新能源车接受程度仍不高
数据显示，新能源小客车申请的人数不足普通小客车申请指标的千分之一，消费者对于新能源车(电动车)的接受度并不高。中新网汽车频道记者采访了几名消费者，均表示不选择新能源车的原因是担心充电问题会限制汽车的用途，以及电池的续航能力。
北京市民范先生接受中新网采访表示，现在正在参加普通机动车摇号，一年来一直没有中签。虽然北京购买新能源有丰厚的双重补助，对于今年新增的新能源汽车购车指标，无论是自己的想法还是亲戚朋友的建议，范先生表示并未考虑购买新能源车。范先生称，此前也关注过系能源车，经过一番研究后，发现新能源车由于充电和续航问题，在市里代步还可以，如果出远门就不适用。
范先生表示，虽然有政府双重补助能减少一半的车价，但是毕竟10多万来说对于工薪阶层也是个大数目，作为第一台车还是愿意选择普通轿车。
另有消费者于女士向记者解释，对新能源车犹豫不决的原因是担心新能源车的技术不成熟，后续会有很多问题。于女士称，自己家现在已经有台车了，选个新能源的车代步还是可以，只是对新能源车技术信任度不高。
申请新能源车中签几率极高
按照今年本市小客车指标额度及配置比例，今年共有示范应用新能源指标2万个。其中个人和单位的示范应用新能源指标各占一半，指标每两月一摇，粗略计算，每 期分给个人和单位的新能源车指标将各有1666个。如每期参加新能源车购车摇号的申请人数低于指标配额，申请人将无须摇号，指标直接配给。
目前看来，个人和单位的申请数量都已超出每期指标额度，若经审核后符合条件的申请依然超出指标数，新能源车不能直接配给，需要摇号。不过，目前来看，申请新能源车指标的个人申请者中签几率极高。
北京市经济和信息化委员会透露，北京目前已参加了全国两个示范试点城市的项目，其中之一是“十城千辆”项目，即中央财政对一些示范城市发展新能源企业有专项补贴政策，乘用车最高能补贴到6万元。同时，北京市也制订了相应补贴政策，在中央财政补贴的基础上，北京市财政也将补贴6万元。此外，北京市还参加了全国新能源汽车推广试点项目，北京市也将因此出台相关政策，大力推广私人购买电动车。
需要注意的是，普通小客车指标和新能源车指标是分开申请的，且不能同时申请，方便的是普通小客车和新能源车的指标申请可以互转，凡是已通过审核的指标申请均可在普通小客车和新能源车“摇号池”自由切换，不受双月8日的时间限制。
根据申请新能源车指标的数据来看，对于急需用车并且作为代步使用的市民来说，选择新能源车应该是个好机会。
