　　根据群众提供的线索，记者首先在东莞市中堂镇进行了暗访调查，这里距离东莞社区不足20分钟的车程。在107国道旁有一家源丰封酒店，记者刚走进门口就有一名经理迎了上来，直接把记者领进了位于酒店一层的一间大屋去参观所谓的选秀节目。

　　记者：

　　要多少钱啊？

　　工作人员：

　　900元，900啊。

　　解说：

　　乍一看这些所谓的选秀小姐，走着模特步，摆着姿势，倒真有点表演的样子，每个小姐的腰上还都带有一个号码牌，这里选秀节目的互动性还很强。经理告诉记者看中哪个小姐，就报一个小姐的号码，旁边的人就会让这个小姐下来并安排客人带着小姐到楼上。

　　到楼上做什么呢？酒店的经理把记者带到了酒店所谓的总统房，记者看到在这个房间里带有一个大型浴室。

　　原来所谓的选秀实际上就是卖淫，这里也是小姐为客人提供特殊服务的场所，这名经理说源丰酒店并没有正规的住宿，来这里的客人几乎都是找小姐的，这段时间客源很多，他们准备扩大规模。距离源丰酒店不远还有一家东臻酒店，这里也进行着类似的选秀项目。酒店不住宿，选秀实为卖淫。那么休闲娱乐场所的情况又是怎么呢？这是一家名为天外天桑拿的洗浴城，记者发现这里的色情选秀更为明目张胆，毫无顾忌，台下的主持人正向推销员一样，公然推荐着每一个上场的小姐。

　　工作人员：

　　好的，现在出场的是882号，一位来自湖北的女孩，同样是留着一头长发，长发飘飘，相当有吸引力。如果喜欢这种类型的，那么千万不要犹豫，请把握机会，这是一个狼多肉少的年代，错过就不会再有了。

　　记者在现场看到，不断有小姐被客人挑走，在已经进入午夜12点时，依然有一拨接一拨的客人来到这里，法律明文规定非法的卖淫嫖娼在这里却俨然像普通服务一样公然进行。记者随后又来到了附近一家康益休闲会所，见到有客人来，这名女经理立即用对讲机呼来了几个小姐，又一场选秀开始上演。记者注意到这里名为休闲，实际上提供的也是色情服务。

　　东莞某休闲会所经理：

　　洗澡、桑拿、全套都有。它是两个小时全套随便你怎么搞，女孩子做服务的，这桑拿服务是东莞最那个的一套，客人你看广州每天好多人都来这里，基本上90%的客人都是广州的。

　　这名女经理说除了宾馆里的桑拿服务，她还可以就近安排KTV的场子，那里的小姐更多一些。

　　记者：

　　你这KTV有什么项目？唱歌。

　　东莞某休闲会所经理：

　　一般的话就是女孩子陪酒，陪唱，脱光了跳艳舞，然后你要带出去也可以。

　　记者在东莞暗访调查中发现，不光是在一些娱乐场所和小酒店存在色情活动，在某些被称为是城市名片的四星级、五星级酒店里也有明目张胆的招嫖卖淫现象。知情者告诉记者，在东莞市黄江镇有一家五星级酒店叫太子酒店，桑拿中心连着主楼，这里的经理说客人要洗桑拿必须先交700多元的洗浴费。

　　经理：

　　你要什么就给你安排嘛，但是要先买一下单。最好的房间房费668元，小费800元，1200元，1500元。

　　记者：

　　收过房费再进去啊？

　　经理：

　　对，要先买单的。

　　记者：

　　就说交房间的费用对吧？

　　经理：

　　对，先买单买了就没得退的。

　　解说：

　　走过了一段迷宫似的路线，经理把记者领到了一个房间里，里面的布局虽然和普通的客房没有明显区别，但在屋子的一角有一面落地的大镜子遮着布帘，经理说特别之处就在这里，随后这名经理走进了房间，先关了灯，拉开了帘子，镜子后面是两个近乎赤裸的小姐在跳舞。

　　经理：

　　她完全看不到你的，你觉得有感觉的先留，到最后你所有的看完了，我们留着再一起PK。

　　记者：

　　这多少钱？

　　经理：

　　这两个都是800元的。

　　解说：

　　记者提出要离开，这名经理却告诉记者，只要拉下帘子镜子里的小姐就会换掉，等帘子再次拉起时，又会有新的小姐在里面跳舞，直到客人满意为止。这时候小姐就会从镜子后面走出来提供特殊服务，这个经理介绍说这里从来都不愁客人。

　　经理：

　　三楼的房间五十间房全部已经开完了。

　　记者：

　　三楼已经全部开完了。

　　经理：

　　不开完我肯定带你去三楼了，三楼都开完了，三楼选点还是方便一点嘛。

　　解说：

　　中堂、黄江、凤岗、虎门、厚街，记者暗访了东莞的五个镇都发现了或明或暗的色情服务，在这些大大小小的色情场所中，记者听到最多的就是“莞式服务”。东莞的色情服务有特别的流程，明明是一种非法色情活动，在当地为何会成为特色，所谓的“莞式服务”到底是什么特色服务呢？在凤岗镇这个名为乐逍遥水疗会的巨大灯箱格外耀眼，记者在这里找到了答案。一个女经理带记者上了电梯，穿过长长的楼道后来到了一个上百平米的大厅，四周的沙发上已经坐满了客人，记者发现这里同样有色情选秀，不断有小姐被客人挑中，随后被经理安排到房间里，由小姐提供两个小时的色情服务。

　　东莞某休闲会所经理：

　　那就是莞式一条龙，然后水床服务，床上服务，2个小时什么都有。你躺在那里不动，什么服务都有。

　　解说：

　　这名经理拿出了一张体现“莞式服务”的卡片，上面标注了20多项色情服务，内容淫秽露骨，客人按照上面的内容对小姐的特色服务进行对照，如果不满意可以投诉，经理会扣减这个小姐小费，这就是所谓的“莞式服务”。明明是一种违法的卖淫行为，在当地却被称为标准化服务和管理。乐逍遥水疗会总共有上百间客房，知情者告诉我们，在凤岗镇这里还不算大的。记者发现在乐逍遥所在的这条街上，遍布着大大小小的娱乐场所上百家，当地人把这里称作红灯区。

　　记者：

　　这一条街都是。

　　对。

　　记者：

　　明年还有两家新开张的，所以竞争力也是很大。

　　在东莞很多娱乐场所的消费价格也都很高，那么是哪些人在这些场所里高消费呢？东莞会展国际大酒店是位于东莞市中心的一家五星级酒店，三楼是一家名为夜巴黎的KTV。

　　东莞某KTV经理：

　　房间里面配两个DJ，一个小费400元。

　　记者：

　　两个DJ400元，800元，再房费1888元然后酒水再单算。

　　东莞某KTV经理：

　　对。

　　记者：

　　到结账的时候能开发票吗？

　　东莞某KTV经理：

　　小费没有发票，房间消费多少都有发票。

　　发票能开成什么样的？

　　餐饮、住宿、卡拉OK都可以。

　　KTV包间的消费最低1000元，但客人却不少，晚上12点左右记者发现一名有些醉意的男子，正从一个包厢里走出来，后边还有人陪同着上了电梯。

　　记者：

　　酒醒啦？

　　解说：

　　出了电梯，几个人上了一辆停在KTV门口的奥迪车。这辆轿车挂着外地牌照引起了记者的注意，奥迪车很快驶离了东莞市区上了高速公路，两个小时后进入了珠海，开进了港珠澳大桥的一个施工营地，记者进入营地后发现，这辆奥迪车停在了一座办公楼前，门口挂着“中铁大桥局集团第五工程有限公司港珠澳大桥项目部”的牌子，记者调查了这辆车的机动车登记档案，确定了这辆赣GA4389的奥迪车是一辆公车，属于中铁大桥局集团第五工程有限公司。

　　敬一丹：

　　您看星级酒店名气大、档次高，可以坐地开张，而小场子呢也利用网络招揽生意，联系方式清清楚楚，色情照片赫然入目，可是问题是酒店跑不了，电话留得清，嫖客能找到，那执法部门呢？执法部门为什么没能把它挖掉呢？

　　我向你们反映一个情况，你们那个东莞的中堂镇有个源丰酒店，我们发现里面存在卖淫嫖娼活动。

　　哪个源丰酒店？

　　就在那个江南加油站的旁边，源丰酒店，它整个酒店都是。

　　报警之后，记者没有发现一辆警车来到酒店，也没有发现一名警察过来调查，整个晚上酒店里的小姐一直在走秀，台下的客人照常带着小姐开房，记者的手机也始终没有接到警方的任何回馈，记者看到距离这里最近的一个警亭，离酒店步行不到五分钟的时间。在黄江镇记者对太子酒店进行暗访时发现了卖淫嫖娼活动，在这家酒店的停车场记者再次拨打了报警电话。

　　我向你们举报个情况，在你们东莞的黄江镇上有一个太子酒店有卖淫的活动，我向你们举报。

　　警察：

　　太子酒店的话请问有什么活动呢？

　　有卖淫嫖娼的活动。
