鼓楼区北京西路附近，一间五六平米大小的门面房，便是张巧乾的礼品回收店。这家店没有名字，只在门牌上标着“回收礼品”4个大字。玻璃门上列着回收的项目，有茅台、五粮液、冬虫夏草和各种购物卡等。
2月8日中午，现代快报记者来到店前，店里亮着灯，但没有人，门上挂着锁。
记者拨通门上留的联系电话，店主张巧乾表示，稍等几分钟，很快就过来。没过多久，一辆黑色奔驰车停在店前，一个40岁左右的男子从车上走下来。“现在没什么生意，店门就这么关着，有人来就打电话。但这年都过去了，我也没接到几个电话。”他说。
张巧乾说，自己曾开过超市，对烟酒流通环节比较了解，业内也有不少熟人。加上手里有点积蓄，就在朋友的建议下，做起礼品回收的买卖。

让客人有“安全感”，是业内规则
随着生意越来越忙，张巧乾就雇了一个小姑娘，专门坐在店里等客人。“一有人来，她就打电话给我。”
他称，有些政府机关的人，宁愿拎着东西多跑几家，也不愿意打电话联系，因为他们特别注意保护隐私，不愿让别人知道自己的电话号码。所以，店里必须有人，否则客人就跑了。

收到假货只能吃哑巴亏

尽管有无法预知的风险，可就在一年多前，不少从业者还是认为，做这一行要比上班好得多。因为来店里的客人，除了少量收到礼品不舍得消费的普通老百姓，绝大部分是来自政府部门的。有了这些客源保证，就可以顺利从中赚到钱。
礼品回收遇冷，有人转行有人观望
但2013年以来，中央各项禁令陆续出台的大背景下，逢年过节时，礼品回收行业本该出现的繁忙景象，消失了。这让张巧乾感觉情况不妙。而就在那时，他刚买了一辆奔驰车，花去40多万元。到了今年春节，他彻底意识到，礼品回收再也不适合做主业了。“现在连副业都算不上，有时一天也见不到一个客人，基本赚不到什么钱。”在2月8日的一个多小时交谈中，他没有接到一个电话，“我们正经历着寒冬。”他说，有同行朋友叫他去搞装潢，自己还在考虑。如果定下来，说不定会卖车筹款做生意。

电子产品成新宠，交易转移到网上
记者统计，在走访的6家礼品回收店中，有3家基本处于关门状态，另外3家因兼营烟酒，所以还能开门支撑着。但礼品回收业务，已经下降到可有可无的程度。在珠江路一家礼品回收店，因为客源太少，老板索性用广告彩页，把有关礼品回收的内容遮住，不再做这项业务。
当然，“寒冬”之下，礼品回收市场也出现了一些新的状况。比如，传统的烟、酒、购物卡等礼品不再受欢迎，倒是手机、平板电脑等电子产品，成为从业者追捧的对象。有业内人士介绍，这种产品比较好转手，压在手里卖不出去的风险比较低，并且利润不比回收烟酒低。
另外，一些礼品回收业务，也从实体店转移到网上。通过网络搜索发现，有些从业者把广告打到同城交易网站上，“安全”“诚信可靠”等成为招徕客人的关键字眼。只不过，几名在网上做广告的从业者称，相比前几年，许多高档礼品，尤其是酒的价格下调，“水分”被挤干，他们能赚的也极为有限。
反弹可能性不大

江苏省委党校副教授刘青认为，从月饼、年历到贺卡等一系列涉及公款消费的项目，中央都开展了系统性的整治。礼品回收经营者转行，显现了中央各项禁令的执行效果。
有人担心，礼品回收市场会不会随着时间的推移，出现反弹？对此，刘青表示，各项禁令的实施，不是权宜之计，而是长期的、系统性的。市场经营者选择转行，是一种理性的行为。这表明市场也在回归理性。所以，反弹现象很难出现。
