Death 31 January H7N9 avian flu infection in China

Xinhuanet, Beijing, February 10 (reporter Hu Hao)-National Health Commission published on 10th January 2014 national statutory infectious disease profiles, nationwide (not including Hong Kong and Macao) has reported a total of 457,766 cases of notifiable diseases, died 1157. Among them, the human infection H7N9 avian flu killed 31 people.

According to statistics, no incidence and deaths have been reported in January a class infectious diseases; b infectious diseases, polio, severe acute respiratory syndrome in people infected with highly pathogenic avian influenza and diphtheria not the incidence and deaths have been reported, the remaining 22 species of pathogenic 272,005 cases of infectious diseases were reported, 1136 people.

Reported incidence in the top 5 disease followed by viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhea, bacillary and amoebic dysentery, 95% of total Group b reported incidence of infectious diseases.

The same period, the country reported a total of 185,761 cases of class c infectious disease pathogenesis, killed 21 people. Disease incidence in the top 3 in the report was followed by other infectious diarrhoeal disease, foot and mouth disease and influenza, 90% of total cases of class c infectious diseases reported.

　　新华网北京2月10日电(记者胡浩)国家卫生计生委10日发布2014年1月全国法定传染病疫情概况，全国(不含港澳台)共报告法定传染病457766例，死亡1157人。其中，人感染H7N9禽流感死亡31人。

　　根据统计，1月甲类传染病无发病、死亡报告；乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感和白喉无发病、死亡报告，其余22种传染病共报告发病272005例，死亡1136人。

　　报告发病数居前5位病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病、细菌性和阿米巴性痢疾，占乙类传染病报告发病总数的95%。

　　同期，全国共报告丙类传染病发病185761例，死亡21人。报告发病数居前3位的病种依次为其它感染性腹泻病、手足口病和流行性感冒，占丙类传染病报告病例总数的90%。
