　　市公安局关于组织查处我市娱乐场所卖淫嫖娼活动的情况通报

　　据统计，2月9日统一清查行动中，东莞市公安局对全市所有桑拿、沐足、卡拉OK歌舞厅进行清查。行动中，共检查各类娱乐场所1948间，其中，桑拿220间、沐足672间、卡拉OK歌舞厅362间、其他娱乐场所694间，发现存在问题场所39间，带回162人审查。

　　目前，东莞市委、市政府成立由工商、公安、卫生、旅游等职能部门组成的工作组，正对12个涉案场所作进一步调查，将依法依规严肃处理。东莞市公安局已成立5个专案组，分赴涉案的5个镇街，深入调查场所涉黄问题，集中优势力量，抓紧追捕5个镇街相关涉案场所组织者、经营者到案。

　　对媒体反映的拨打110举报后接处警和警情处置情况，东莞市纪委、检察部门已介入调查，省公安厅纪委也已派出督导组到东莞督查，市公安局积极配合进行调查。经初步调查发现存在处警不细致、不规范、时间长等问题。市局已对当天负责接处警的所领导和民警共8人采取停止执行职务措施。

　　目前，市委、市政府已决定把“涉黄”问题作为群众反映强烈、社会影响恶劣的突出问题，列入正在开展的群众路线教育实践活动的首要整改问题。下一步，东莞市公安局要求全市各级公安机关要借此东风，认真落实省厅和市委、市政府的决策部署，敢于出手，敢于亮剑，展示出我局打击违法犯罪行为的坚定决心和强大勇气。
