　　今年1月14日，《广州国际生物岛控制性详细规划(修编)环境影响评价公示(第一次)》在广州市环境科学研究院网站上挂出，在这一落款为“广州开发区规划和国土资源管理局”的公示中表示：“本次规划为提高用地开发的灵活性，提出将原控规产业用地调整为商务设施用地兼容商业设施用地。规划城市建设用地面积为182.96公顷，包括公共管理与公共服务设施用地、商业服务业设施用地、绿地、公用设施用地和交通设施用地等。规划调整后就业人口约34500人。”

　　主导用地改变规划人口暴增？

　　在前一次环评公示中，产业用地作为生物岛的主导用地属性，占开发用地面积的绝大部分。为何调整为商务设施用地兼容商业设施用地？生物岛的功能定位是不是要发生变化？而且规划调整后的34500人的就业人口，与此前《广州国际生物岛控制性详细规划》的7000人-9000人，相差数倍，进一步引发人们猜疑。
