　　姚宏文表示，关于近期H7N9疫情的研判，综合分析近期疫情相关的病原学、流行病学和临床表现等的监测信息，专家研判认为，目前人感染H7N9禽流感疫情的特点未发生明显变化，病例仍以散发为主，监测未发现病毒发生有公共卫生的变异、病毒的传播途径仍然是由禽到人，专家预测，近期我国内地可能继续出现人感染H7N9禽流感的散发病例。

　　中国疾病控制中心病毒病预防控制所副所长、国家流感中心主任舒跃龙指出，这一段时间里，每天都有H7N9感染病例的报道，这个特点没有变，都是人接触了禽或者活禽市场，这是主要感染来源。人们感觉病例数发生好像比上一波更多，主要原因是春节期间大家食用禽类的机会更多，人暴露的机会也多。要改变禽类的销售、食用模式，尽量往冰鲜鸡的方式上走，才会逐步降低感染的风险。

　　舒跃龙称，关于疫苗的问题，应该推进这些企业尽快完成临床研究，现在正在申报，还没有完成临床研究。我们希望尽快推进这些企业完成在人群上的临床研究，验证它的安全性和有效性。
