　　《法制晚报》记者上午从北京市科委获悉，本市对新能源车进入市场持完全开放态度，符合条件的厂商都有可能进入《北京市示范应用新能源小客车生产企业和产品目录》中，即将出炉的目录将涵盖市面上的主流新能源汽车车型。

　　政策

　　补贴标准降幅从10%调整为5%

　　近日，财政部、科技部、工业和信息化部、发改委四部门联合发布《关于进一步做好新能源汽车推广应用工作的通知》，将纯电动乘用车、插电式混合动力(含增程式)乘用车、纯电动专用车、燃料电池汽车的补贴标准进行了调整。

　　根据调整，今年的新能源汽车补贴标准将在去年的基础上下降5%，明年则是在去年的基础上下降10%，而不再是去年9月提出的分别下降10%和20%。

　　对此，北京市科委新能源与新材料处处长许心超解释说，从10%到5%，其实是“退坡放缓”，也就是“新能源车的补助比此前的规定更多了”。

　　算账 降幅减半最高补助多六千

　　许心超算了一笔账：去年，国家和地方对购买新能源汽车的最高补贴均为6万元。根据去年9月的政策规定，今年的补贴将下降10%，也就是最高补助5.4万元。而根据近日最新规定，今年的补贴只下降5%，这样最高补助就是5.7万元。

　　再加上北京与国家政策保持1比1对应，所以今年市民在购买新能源车后，最高可获得11.4万元的补助。相比去年的规定，多出了6000元。

　　车型 放开准入 主流车型进目录

　　市民们到底能买到什么样的新能源汽车？对此，许心超表示，本市持完全开放态度，只要是符合条件的厂商都有可能进入最后的《北京市示范应用新能源小客车生产企业和产品目录》中，目录将涵盖市面上的主流新能源汽车车型。
