问：据报道，美军太平洋司令部高官日前称，由于领土争端升级，中方划设防空识别区被视为挑衅行为，在东海发生军事误判的风险很高。中方对此有何回应？
答：我想说两点。第一，中国一贯致力于维护地区的和平与稳定，是地区繁荣与发展的重要贡献者。我们愿意继续与有关国家一道通过对话协商妥善解决有关问题，共同维护地区的和平与稳定。第二，中方已经多次全面阐述了中方有关立场。划设防空识别区是中国作为一个主权国家行使的正当权利。大家都知道，世界上已经有20多个国家划设了防空识别区，美国早在60多年前就划设了防空识别区，是世界上第一个划设防空识别区的国家。为什么唯独中国不可以？有关国家官员在发表相关言论之前应该反省一下，他们有什么资格对中国行使正当合法权利说三道四？！我们也希望有关方面停止发表不负责任的言论，以实际行动维护地区和平稳定的大局。
会后，有记者问及：据报道，韩美联合司令部10日称，韩美“关键决断”和“鹞鹰”联合军演将于2月至4月举行并已通知朝方。中方对此有何评论？
华春莹表示，我注意到有关报道，也注意到有关方近期的反应，对此表示关注。维护朝鲜半岛和东北亚地区和平稳定符合有关各方共同利益，也是各方共同责任。希望各方都能多做有利于促进半岛局势缓和、维护本地区和平稳定的事，避免采取可能导致形势紧张升级的行动。
