从2月6日起，云南本地论坛流传一则题为《昆明气象官员松散懈怠和公车私用》的帖子。举报人称，虽然今年规定的春节放假时间是1月31日，但昆明“两区”(倘甸产业园区和轿子山旅游开发区)气象局局长翟立峰27日就放了假，还把“云A R 566X”牌公车开到位于寻甸的自家楼下，寻甸县气象局局长赵丽芬则在28日也宣布放假，并开着这辆车回家过年。而在2013年10月，赵还曾开着这辆车到外地旅游。
此外，发帖人称，“赵局长超标配车，顶配斯巴鲁，2.5T排量，车价37万多”，并称车落户在昆明市气象局下设的一家公司名下，因此“赵局长的超标车按正常程序是查不到的”。
帖子发出后引起当地网友围观。2月8日晚，昆明市气象局在官微上通报，对寻甸县气象局局长赵丽芬涉嫌公车私用的举报“与事实不符”。通报表示，“云A R 566X”牌黑色丰田轿车并非公车，而是“两区”气象局陈波家的私家车。因此，翟立峰和赵丽芬驾驶“云A R566X”的行为不属于公车私用。
通报还称，经向寻甸县气象局职工求证并调看视频监控记录，春节期间，寻甸县气象局所有公车均按规定封存并停放于单位。至于帖子中提到的提前放假、超标配车等问题，通报未予回应。 南都记者 张东锋
