　　除夕的一桩血案，让云南腾冲县猴桥镇箐口村这个中缅边境的小山村失去了往日的平静。也让犯罪嫌疑人邵宗其成了国内新闻的热门人物。

　　邵宗其的好友王根良告诉《法制晚报》记者，直到现在他仍然不愿相信这件血案是真的。以往踏实、能干的邵宗其竟然做下如此大案，“他太可惜了，不该杀害无辜”。

　　血案发生后，邵宗其的父亲邵维黄口中念叨的最多的一句话就是“我们也是受害者，这三个家都毁了”。

　　案发前 还给自家门贴上春联

　　箐口村，距离中缅边境只有20余公里，犯罪嫌疑人邵宗其与被害人邵宗平、邵宗华是同宗兄弟，几家相距只有30多米。这30多米的路，在1月30日下午，却成为了一条死亡之路。

　　当天下午5点左右，37岁的邵宗其持枪分别闯入邵宗华与邵宗平家中，枪击邵宗华及其妻子、儿子和父母，最终导致邵宗华的妻子和父亲死亡；邵宗平夫妇和其两个儿子也被开枪打死。

　　在这个小山村内，邵宗其的家很显眼，是一栋两层高的木楼，木楼用崭新的黄色木料搭建起来，栏杆和楼梯都雕刻着花纹，整洁干净，而周围邻里的院墙及房屋则是一片灰暗与斑驳。案发前，邵宗其在自家门前贴上了新禧的春联。

　　据村民讲，案发后，整个春节期间，很少有人放鞭炮，谁也不想让这三个家庭再受刺激。

　　话不多 曾在缅甸坐水牢一年

　　在很多村民看来邵宗其踏实能干，“可惜了，他怎么就这么傻呢！”王根良与邵宗其年龄相仿，彼此是要好的朋友，直到现在他仍然不愿意相信这事是真的。“他性格很内向，话不多，他家都是他一手支撑起来的。”王根良说，每次大家一起吃饭，邵宗其都抢着结账，谁家有个难事，他都尽力帮忙。与邵宗其相比，刘本红的性格则比较外向，爱说话，逢人就愿意聊聊天。

　　初中未毕业，邵宗其就外出打工。后来买了一辆卡车做生意，几年下来，他家成为村中数一数二的富户。

　　20岁刚过，他就和刘本红结了婚。在村民们看来，他们夫妻感情好，孝顺父母，家境殷实，曾让全村人羡慕不已。

　　“几年前，他从缅甸偷运木材，结果被抓了，在那边的水牢里关了一年。”王根良说，邵宗其被释放回国后，有一次，将刘本红与其他男人抓了个现行。“他们夫妻感情就不行了，有时和我们一起，就提起这事，挺伤心的。”邵宗其与邵宗华、邵宗平之间的口角也多了，经常会看到他们争吵。

　　村委会 本打算年初六再做调解

　　血案的发生，让箐口村村委会的工作人员也后悔不已。

　　村委会工作人员邵先生说，邵宗其和刘本红的矛盾在村里人尽皆知，种种传闻也被大家传来传去。“都是传言，谁知道呢，别人家的私事。”村委会工作人员称，邵宗其去年也曾几次来到村委会要和刘本红离婚，“谁也不希望他们离婚，毕竟结婚这么多年了，孩子也大了”。

　　对于案发前，邵宗其来到村委会，要求邵宗华、邵宗平以及邻村的那名男子给予他20万元的赔偿，及让这三人的妻子陪他跑车一个月之说，村委会工作人员均表示不太清楚。但他们证实，邵宗其确实提出，要求邵宗华、邵宗平及邻村的这名男子在除夕这天登门给他道歉，但是邵宗平和邵宗华并未理会他的要求。

　　“当时我们想等年初六，再把他们都找来做一次调解，可没想到，三十就出事了。”邵先生说。

　　王根良说，邵宗其曾对其他人说过“这个年我过不好，他们也别想过好”，但是没有人去多想。

　　李玫瑾：环境压力导致心理失衡

　　今天上午，公安大学教授李玫瑾接受法晚记者采访时表示，在村民眼中，邵宗其是个很不错的人，但他从缅甸被释放回来后，整个家庭发生了很大转变，人的性情也有一个转折点。他在缅甸坐牢期间，是否受到过殴打，有的人受到刺激之后就会突然变得很暴力，尤其脑部受过伤。

　　邵宗其的作案是经过策划的报复过程，他无法排解、调整自己的心理，是一种认知上的问题，他的这种心理问题很大方面取决于他所在的文化圈，周围人的传言，让他无法咽下这口气。

　　中国人的传统观念，劝和不劝分，是否导致一些感情破裂的婚姻勉强维持，从而引发一系列悲剧发生？对此，李玫瑾教授认为，邵宗其虽然多次提出离婚，从他内心来讲，他并不愿意真的离婚。邵宗其对妻子还是有感情的，如果对妻子充满恨意的话，他肯定会先杀害妻子，但是他没有这样做。

　　对话嫌犯父亲：“我们这个家也毁了”

　　《法制晚报》记者(以下简称FW)前往云南腾冲，与邵宗其的父亲邵维黄(以下简称邵父)有了一次面对面的交流。这位65岁的老人口中念叨的最多的一句话就是“我们也是受害者，三个家都毁了”。他说，邵宗其在家排行老大，是家中唯一的儿子。“家里全靠他，现在我们这个家也完了。”

　　FW：邵宗其遇到事会和家人商量吗？他和妻子在家里争吵过吗？

　　邵父：他话少，有事也不和我们说。当着我和他娘，没看到他们吵嘴。

　　FW：邵宗其以前用过枪吗？你们是否看到过他的枪？

　　邵父：没有，从小他就没有打过枪，去哪里使枪呢？在家里也没有见过他有枪。

　　FW：他和妻子闹离婚的事情你们知道吗？

　　邵父：知道，我们不同意他们离婚，因为有两个孙子。

　　FW：他们离婚的原因你们知道吗？从别人那里听说过什么吗？

　　邵父：不知道，他什么也不对我们说。没人对我们说这些，小辈的事，我们也不关心。
