比利时目前移动通信运营商主要有四家：隶属于比利时电信集团的Proximus公司、Mobistar公司、Base公司以及Voo公司。
其中Proximus公司是比利时规模最大移动通信运营商。该公司提供的预付费的充值卡有10欧、25欧、50欧等不同面额。手机资费标准为：国内电话每分钟0.27欧，短信为每条0.12欧。如果顾客需要用手机来上网的话，则按照每MB0.5欧的标准来收费。
