Beijing haze hit Government efforts did not stop

　　面对北京近日的连续雾霾，有的人默然承受了，有的人奋起急呼着。看似有的人积极有的人消极，但内在的责任心却未必能分伯仲。差异背后反映的是，认识决定方式。

　　媒体对于雾霾天气的关注和大声疾呼是必要的、也可理解，但政府改善空气质量的决心和一直以来的坚持努力也不能被忽视。去年以来，北京市政府在治理大气污染方面的措施之多、标准之严、行动之快都可以说是史无前例的。

　　其实，社会问题如同人体疾病，有些问题需要急治，有些问题需要慢治，具体的措施需要依据具体的病情而定。雾霾的成因有社会的积累问题，也有自然的气候规律问题，有一地的问题，也有较大区域的问题，它在长期中形成，也需在长期中解决。当对问题有所认识和有所判定后，淡定而不慌然的应对就会在机制中体现。显然，政府对雾霾的应对正是这样，其背后默默的努力一刻也没停止，要不要拉警报的定夺也越来越审慎和稳健。所做的一切只是没说，只是不需要重复地说；因为雾霾的治理需要长期，雾霾的机理也没发生新的变化。相信政府，相信那个手术台上的医生正在工作，给点空间给点时间，耐心的等待等待。
