  新华网长沙2月17日电(记者谢樱)24小时热水、免费洗衣、提供夫妻房……春节过后,不少企业面临着巨大的用工“缺口”,即使在劳动力输出大省湖南,也上演了激烈的用工“争夺战”。为了能在招工方面抢占先机,不少企业纷纷抛出诱人的福利待遇。


  “薪酬比去年涨了2成,可还是一工难求啊。”长沙一家大型公司人力资源负责人告诉记者。


  在长沙市的火车站、汽车站等人员流动密集地,不少公司打出了大量招工海报,并安排专人在现场接洽。为了挽留原本打算外出的务工人员,甚至有企业承诺,只要达成聘用意向,务工人员已经购买的火车票、汽车票,其退票手续费和差价由企业负担。


  蓝思科技集团常务副总经理李晓明介绍,由于公司新建基地即将陆续投产,加之今年订单数量不断增加,目前公司还存在3.5万人的用工缺口。为此,蓝思科技抛出了优厚的待遇,薪酬方面,普通员工满勤综合月薪为4000元至5500元。此外,公司还大打“人情牌”,开出提供免费住宿、配空调、24小时热水供应、免费洗衣、视工龄情况提供夫妻房等新“福利”。


  尽管条件优厚,“招工难”问题仍然难以解决。春节前后,蓝思科技公司组织了多个招聘团到全省各地招人,但每天招聘不到千人,用工形势严峻。“如果3月份还不能弥补用工缺口,公司的订单任务将无法完成。”李晓明说。


  湖南省人社厅就业服务局副局长焦华芳介绍,2012年湖南省用工缺口就达到50万人,甚至大湘西这些传统劳务输出地,也出现了用工荒。近年来,这种用工形势愈发严峻,目前,全省用工荒已由原来的“季节性、行业性、区域性”呈现出向“常态化、普遍化、结构性”转变的趋势,因此倒逼不少企业对员工福利待遇的水涨船高。
