距离事发将近1年，备受关注的“复旦投毒案”即将于明日上午在上海市第二中级人民法院一审宣判。今日，受害人黄洋的父母将赶赴上海到庭旁听。黄洋父亲的黄国强表示，希望凶手受到法律的严惩。
迟来的道歉
黄父收到被告家属短信
昨日，黄洋父亲黄国强向成都商报记者展示了两条短信，接收时间分别为去年11月30日和12月1日，内容为被告林森浩父亲发来的“求情短信”。“我感觉对方对娃娃的行为毫无忏悔之意”，黄国强告诉成都商报记者，自警方确定林森浩是嫌疑人起，直至庭审结束，黄家都未收到过一丝来自林森浩家属表达的歉意；而今通过短信道歉，“无非是想求得谅解，轻判林森浩”。黄家人对此感觉心寒，不予理会，并一致要求“严惩凶手”。
昨日，成都商报记者按照发来短信的电话号码拨打过去，号码地址显示为广东汕头(注：林森浩为汕头人)。电话接通后，一名男子接起了电话。男子承认是林森浩的亲友，也知道发短信道歉这件事。但是，对于短信内容是否林森浩父亲亲自编发，对方表示“不方便说话”，随即挂断电话。
黄国强说，如果一审判决结果不是死刑，他肯定会提起抗诉(新浪编者注：此处应为上诉，仅人民检察院有权提起抗诉。)。关于后续民事赔偿问题，“以后再谈”。
冷清的年夜饭

事发至今将近1年时间，为了给儿子黄洋讨回公道，安慰疾病缠身的妻子，黄国强暂时中断了在荣县中学做寝室管理员的工作，一心陪在妻子身边。“我们什么都不懂，一切事情都交给律师在办，心里只有干着急”，黄国强说，事情发生后，黄家人得到了许多社会热心人士的帮助，他们很感激。
昨晚7时许，成都商报记者来到黄国强家里，他和妻子杨国华刚从黄洋大姨家吃过晚饭回来。杨阿姨身体不适已经休息，黄国强独自坐在沙发上收拾衣物。“东西带多了不方便，简单最好。”黄国强只带了几件衣物和部分日用品，一个小箱子就能装完。
黄国强告诉记者，今年在黄洋的姨妈家吃年夜饭，没有洋洋的年夜饭，少了许多愉快的话题，没有了欢声笑语。他表示，黄洋读大学后，每次回家过年，都会陪长辈们聊天说笑，偶尔也小酌两杯。而今年春节，显得很是冷清。家人也给黄洋摆了一副碗筷，以示怀念。“几个叔叔没大喝酒，因为都没心情”，黄国强说。
