　　今天上午9点，被害人黄洋的父亲黄国强接受法晚记者采访时说，他正在赶往成都的路上，将乘坐中午12点的飞机，大概下午4点左右到。

　　“我的期盼就是杀人偿命。”对于明天的宣判，黄国强希望凶手能够受到应有的惩罚。

　　黄国强还告诉记者，去年11月30日和12月1日收到了来自被告人林森浩父亲的两条短信，大概内容是：“我那不孝子，因为还未经世事，考虑欠缺，在愚人节开这玩笑，铸成大错，造成太多悲剧，对您一家的伤害太重。在此，我再次向你们表示歉疚，也表痛心，并向黄洋表示哀悼。日后如有机会和能力，愿作尽力补偿。目前我的情况确实有心无力，请求谅解和宽恕。我也是一个苦命的人。”

　　黄国强表示，自警方确定林森浩是嫌疑人起，直至庭审结束，黄家都未收到过一丝来自林森浩家属表达的歉意；而如今通过短信道歉，“无非是想求得谅解，轻判林森浩”。黄家人对此感觉心寒，不予理会，并一致要求“严惩凶手”。

　　黄国强说，如果一审判决结果不是死刑，他肯定会提起抗诉。关于后续民事赔偿问题，“以后再谈”。

　　对于林森浩在一审时说自己是因为愚人节的玩笑下毒一说，黄国强表示自己完全不能理解。“开玩笑哪有这种开法嘛！”

　　一审庭审 一个开过头的愚人节“玩笑”

　　上海市第二中级人民法院在11月27日进了开庭审判，在7个小时的庭审过程中，林森浩可以说是“惜字如金”，回答法官问题时说的最多就是“没有”、“无意见”。

　　起诉书指控，在进入复旦大学医学院后，林森浩曾5次获得奖学金，其中1次获得国家奖学金。获得的款项，林森浩并没有像其他同学那样用于请客，而是尽可能减少家庭的经济负担。有同学证实，黄洋曾对林森浩获得奖学金不请客不满。

　　对于林森浩和黄洋的关系，林森浩坦言他们之间并没有直接的冲突，但黄洋认为他没有生活情调，林森浩则认为黄洋自以为是。

　　庭上的林森浩全程都没有太多的表情，面对指控，他表示对事实本身没有异议，但他否认因琐事不和决意杀人，称这只是一个“巧合”。

　　愚人节前，黄洋讲了一个热水泡脚会让人尿床的笑话，并提出要愚人节时要捉弄一下别人，这让林森浩看不惯，于是起意“捉弄”黄洋，然而，他选择的捉弄方式居然是投毒。

　　话不多的林森浩放弃了最后的自我辩护，但在庭审结束前，他说：“我的行为导致我同学黄洋的死亡，给他家庭带来了巨大打击。我对不起我父母近30年的养育之恩。我罪孽深重，我接受法庭给我的任何审判。” 文/记者李洪鹏
