  莞惠城际铁路东西横跨常平15.6公里,并从常平中心区及3条村中间通过。城轨隧道沿着常平大道在地下四五十米穿行,由于地质原因,隧道工程施工方案曾一再变更,同路段一年内发生两次塌方。


  去年3月7日凌晨4点,常平大道同样发生过类似的坍塌事故,离此次事故现场约250米远。当时地陷形成约50平方米,3米多深的塌坑,也未造成人员伤亡。南都记者走访周边店铺了解到,此次塌陷处的旁边约10米外,在塌陷车道的相反方向车道去年底也曾发生过地裂,施工方曾用约一个星期的时间,对地下进行注浆。


  两次发生地陷的常平大道是常平镇的主干道之一,往西连接大朗、往东连接桥头,并连接常平火车站。两边都是常平镇的地标性建筑。“如果不是周末,又恰逢下班时间,路面会更堵。”负责维持秩序的交警说。


  昨日下午6时30分,尽管有警察维持秩序,常平大道的交通还是处于瘫痪状态,一些赶火车的乘客索性下车步行到前面再坐车赶往火车站。南都记者从事发点旁边高楼上看到,塌方面积约40平方米,形成3米多深的塌坑,3台泵车慢慢将混凝土输送到塌坑内。


  惊魂一刻 地下作业工人发现漏砂 及时撤离幸免于难


  “这段砂层段,我们平时干活都是非常谨慎的,一发现不对劲就马上撤离,”施工的工人阿明(化名)回忆道,事故发生时,地下35米有5个工人正在作业,工友发现头顶有石块掉落,突感不对劲的工友随后叫停施工,他们随后又发现挖掘机器上有漏砂,顿感不妙的领班马上叫所有作业工人撤离现场,这样才避免了一场灾难。


  阿明说,他们是在第一次塌方前就撤离了。工友怀疑将有险情,立即组织大家升井,撤离现场。他们回到地面后,才发现绿化带下陷一事。“当时没有感觉害怕。等上到地面看到那么大面积的地陷后才害怕。不是及时发现险情,后果不堪设想。”


  施工方答复



  “塌陷又跟砂层地质有关”


  同一施工路段一年内为何发生两次地陷?施工方解释,又是地质原因,这段路的土质是最头疼的,都是砂层,含水量较大,事故总是防不胜防。去年3月7日曾发生地陷,当时施工方解释,事发地段地下为沙土层,地质较软,引起路面局部坍塌,主要是由于土质条件较差,地下水较大而引发事故。


  昨天晚上,施工方给出事故情况通报称,隧道拱顶上方与路面之间,存在砂层,砂层的含水量较大,比较容易发生坍塌。此次事故是在施工时,突发涌水涌砂,引起路面局部坍塌,事故没有造成人员伤亡。


  事故发生后,施工方立即组织人员对涌水涌砂进行封堵,围蔽塌方区域,封闭常平大道进行交通疏解。同时组织人员、机械对塌坑采用混凝土回填。


  “不会影响周边商住楼”


  两边都是高楼大厦,住户最担心的事就是这个地陷会不会影响周边的商住楼。“已经发生两次地陷了,之前路面突然之间拱起来,还出现过路面裂开的情况。现在就担心因为地陷,两边的楼也跟着塌下去了。”联邦广场的住户陈先生说。


  周边住户最担心坍塌事故是否危及周边商住楼安全,莞惠城轨常平段施工方负责人表示,事发点离两边建筑还有一定距离,不会影响周边商住楼安全,市民不用担心这个问题。项目业主已召集参建各方和专家研究塌陷综合处理方案,他们下一步还是会对沿线的地表、管线和周边建筑加强监测。事故后,相关专家还会对工程进行系列评估,制定新的施工方案后才会考虑再开工。


  至于什么时候才能恢复路面交通,施工方表示,现在正在进行混凝土灌注,待地表塌坑回填完成后,还要进行洞内处理,同时对地表采用地质雷达探测下方地质情况,采取相应措施处理。最少三天才能恢复路面交通。

  当日晚上11时许,南城周溪社区一四层民房受莞惠城轨地下隧道施工影响突然严重倾斜,另有一储存杂物的两层简易楼倒塌。事故未造成人员伤亡,但周溪社区受事故影响的房屋共58间,受影响的居民约有600人。施工方解释,此次事故系地质突变所致,施工时地下围岩发生异常,导致局部地层受到地下水浸泡变得松软,地面房屋基础松动,进而发生塌陷。

  3月11日晚,大朗镇大井头富安路108号一间一层瓦房和永顺南区140号一间土坯房坍塌,周边十余间房屋的地基亦有下陷。
