Hebei issued yellow fog warning， visibility less than 500 m

Shijiazhuang public security traffic police issued tips: activated heavy pollution weather a three-level emergency response measures, big truck (yellow), yellow tagged car and no car, three-wheeled vehicles and motorcycles may not be admitted within the third ring road.

　　人民网石家庄2月16日电 今天早晨，保定、石家庄、邢台、邯郸四个地区有能见度小于1000米的雾，部分地区能见度小于500米；据环境部门监测，目前河北除张家口外均为重度到严重污染，预计今天上午，上述地区气象条件不利于空气污染物稀释、扩散和消除，有重污染天气，请防范。

　　石家庄公安交警发布温馨提示：现已启动重度污染天气三级应急响应措施，大货车(黄牌)、黄标车、无标车、三轮汽车以及摩托车，禁止进入三环内行驶。
