Hefei disabled school district real estate advertising publicity

　　合肥市房产局发布的《关于规范房地产项目规划、销售信息及广告宣传相关工作的通知》中明确，房地产开发企业不得在销售广告中使用“名校”“学区房”等违反义务教育平等原则的广告宣传语。凡涉及学区其他广告宣传内容的，应当将辖区教育主管部门的批复文件在销售现场公示。

　　据悉，在合肥市房产局、市工商局最新展开的房地产项目的宣传广告专项整治中，在对60家房地产企业的60个项目的检查中，发现有20家房企的广告宣传存在“傍名校”违规行为。为此，相关部门已下发《限期整改通知书》，责令其限期整改并书面反馈整改情况，并将对涉事企业的整改情况进行跟踪复查。

　　合肥市房产局表示，未来将继续严格把好广告宣传关，并依据《广告法》和《房地产广告发布暂行规定》的有关规定，对房地产开发企业广告发布行为监督、管理，确保不出现违规宣传行为。
