　　据调查组初步了解，河南志元食品集团有限公司是一家大型食品加工民营企业集团，该企业目前运转良好，没有发现违法经营现象。罗志元于2007年12月当选为河南省第十一届人大代表，于2012年12月当选为河南省第十二届人大代表，其代表资格合法有效。

　　2月16日，鉴于罗志元正在国外考察，联合调查组已通知河南志元食品集团有限公司和罗志元本人，速从国外返回鹿邑接受调查。调查结果将及时向社会发布。

　　17日发布的情况通报还称，关于原告李珊珊与被告罗志元子女抚养纠纷一案，鹿邑县人民法院已于2013年12月23日立案受理，目前该案正在审理过程中。
