　　李某律师告诉记者，李某以抚养问题已将罗志元起诉到鹿邑县法院，目前，鹿邑县法院已经立案，立案后，李某已不再委托他代理此案。

　　针对此事，鹿邑县委宣传部17日上午给记者发来一份《关于“河南志元食品集团有限公司董事长罗志元包养情妇”一事的情况通报》(以下简称通报)称，2月14日晚，腾讯微博用户李姗姗连发微博称：“河南志元食品集团有限公司董事长罗志元包养情妇、养私生女”。看到消息后，鹿邑县委对此事高度重视，召开专题会议，成立了由人大、纪委、组织、公安、人口计生委等部门组成的联合调查组，对微博反映罗志元的情况进行调查。将依据调查认定的事实，依法依纪严肃处理。

　　通报称，据初步了解，河南志元食品集团有限公司是一家大型食品加工民营企业集团，该企业目前运转良好，没有发现违法经营现象。罗志元于2007年12月当选为河南省第十一届人大代表，于2012年12月当选为河南省第十二届人大代表，其代表资格合法有效。

　　通报还称，?2月16日，鉴于罗志元正在国外考察，联合调查组已通知河南志元食品集团有限公司和罗志元本人，速从国外返回鹿邑接受调查。调查结果将及时向社会发布。

　　通报证实，关于原告李姗姗与被告罗志元子女抚养纠纷一案，鹿邑县人民法院已于2013年12月23日立案受理，目前该案正在审理过程中。
