昨日，李姗姗向新京报记者表示，网帖确为其所发，她自称是罗志元的情人，并与其育有一女，因抚养费跟罗闹翻，并诉诸法院。多次沟通无果后决定发帖实名举报。
李姗姗在举报帖子中贴出多张照片，包括与罗志元躺在床上，以及二人抱着女婴的相片。她称自己被罗志元包养，亦公开邀请罗志元出来作出回应。
罗志元接受新京报记者采访时称李是恶意中伤。罗称自己正在国外，回国后会让律师给出统一回应。罗志元的代理律师周国信表示曾办理相关抚养费纠纷案。
据公开资料显示，罗志元现任河南志元食品集团有限公司董事长，曾获得“全国劳动模范”、“河南省优秀政协委员实业家”等称号，是河南省第十一届、十二届人大代表。
否认当人大代表靠关系
李姗姗所贴出的短信息截图中，“我的人大代表身份疏通了多少关系才选上的，如果被撤了，你看着办吧！”的截图信息关注度最高。
