　　2013年10月28日，广西平南县大鹏镇发生一起杀人案，该县公安局民警胡平酒后在该镇某米粉店购买食品时，只因米粉店不卖奶茶，遂拔枪打死已怀有身孕的女店主，其丈夫中枪侥幸未死。

　　在审判长的主持下，法庭就起诉书指控被告人胡平犯故意杀人罪的犯罪事实进行了法庭调查。在法庭辩论阶段控辩双方就定罪、量刑的事实、证据和适用法律等问题分别充分发表了公诉意见和辩护意见。辩论终结后，被告人胡平向法庭作了最后陈述。
