记者跟随一医院参加了这个“中华医院管理学会”主办的奖项评比。报名时已经错过了报名的时间，但仅隔一天，就收到了该组织发来的得奖确认函，通知医院已经被评为“全国十大百姓满意放心医院”。缴纳28000元的费用就能拿到奖杯、奖牌和证书。
与会的机构和个人有将近300个，少的得一个奖，多的得了好几个。
主办方负责人说：“说你先进你就是先进，说优秀就是优秀。我们代表我们自己，盖上章就完事了。”多交钱，还可以如愿换成更高的奖项。
买牌者用于招标评奖

政府须加大行业监管
今天上午，民政部救灾救济司前司长、中国公益研究院院长王振耀接受《法制晚报》记者采访时指出，过去很长一段时间里，我国限制行业协会的发展，从而导致一些非正规的组织畸形发展的情况。
