　　人称“扫黄老人”的王秀勇在东莞生活了近20年，曾绘制扫黄地图协助并督促警方扫黄，但他的“义举”没有得到相应的成效，反而在东莞因各种原因被逼得无路可走，两度退出这座让他寄托着感情的城市。

　　王秀勇生于“梁山好汉之乡”的郓城县，而近来他一直在反思自己的“英雄情结”，自省的同时也在观照社会。在东莞度过几乎半生，如今的王秀勇正在以局外人的眼光看着这座城市的变迁。

　　“好汉”诞生

　　“押司和强盗怎么能混到一起？”

　　在王秀勇的人生里，第一个为人所知的社会身份是艺人。但不同于邻里乡党的那些唱山东快书、说民间传奇的艺人，老王的技艺在于双脚——他儿时就落下了双手残疾，一只手由于小儿麻痹未得到及时救治而落下病根；而另一只手，据说是其1961年在小山村出生时，母亲在自行接生过程中拖拽致残。

　　寻访王秀勇，由北向南须先后经过山东省的阳谷县(武松打虎故地)、梁山县、郓城县(宋江老家)，然后是晁家庄(晁盖)、刘家寨(刘唐)，最后是王家村——让老王无比自豪的是，他从小就生在梁山聚义的英雄之乡，据传一百单八将中的七十二员都出自这个地区。但让他豪气中略有气短的是，他所在的王家村，所居住的据传都是“矮脚虎”王英的后人。“从小长辈们就教育我要当英雄好汉，不能偷鸡摸狗。”王秀勇笑着说。

　　但渐渐地，随着阅历越来越丰富，对于很多原先看来无可辩驳的事，他开始有了不同的认识。2012年的某一天，他突然冒出这么一个想法：宋江当年在江湖上四处仗义疏财，惹得各路好汉见了他都“纳头便拜”，但他作为一个县押司，哪来这么多家财？其次更重要的，好好的一个司法公职人员，为什么整日价跟强盗泼皮们厮混在一块儿，把朝廷的运钞车给劫了呢？“警察怎么能跟犯罪分子扯到一起呢？”

　　老王苦笑的时候，嘴里几个被打落了牙后的黑洞赫然可见。

　　此时距离他第二次也是最后一次离开东莞，被迫摘下“扫黄老人”的帽子，不过两个月。

　　“好汉”发迹

　　“东莞人民养育了我。”

　　上世纪60年代，王秀勇生于王家村的一处破败的土房子里，之后没几年就随全家一起，赶上了山东人史上第二次“闯关东”。而当“文革”结束、土地承包责任制实行后，回到家享受“分田到户”的王秀勇却尝不到任何甜头——他的双手残疾，无法劳作。于是在15岁那年，他卖了一只羊，拿着20元钱去闯世界。

　　王秀勇一生都脚力惊人。当他走投无路准备从南京长江大桥上跳下去时，被人拦下，并劝告可凭一技之长卖艺求生。这之后他不仅开创出了用脚写字、磨刀切菜、打扑克下棋这些技艺用于街头表演，还用这双脚踏遍了大半个中国。除西藏外，全国各省的大城市王秀勇基本都到过了。

　　80年代，这段“信马由缰”的漂泊生涯渐入尾声。让王秀勇收住了心的，是南方。他到了广东韶关、广州，由于没通行证，只在深圳门前晃了一晃，然后就来到了这个和他后半生牵扯在一块儿的地方：东莞。这是1986年。

　　游历过那么多城市，但眼前的繁荣让王秀勇惊呆了：林立的工厂，密集的人群，此外还有来自香港的商人。虽然农田仍然占据着更大的比例，但那些工业化、城市化的景观，都是他此前不曾见过的。在这里他见到了来自全国各地的打工者，而在这之前，“外出打工”的概念甚至都不曾听过。此后7年间，他游走于珠三角的几个城市，直到1993年，他选定了自己最为心仪的城市，从此开始了在东莞的生活。

　　“东莞的发展太快了。比起我1986年初来乍到时，这儿的工厂越来越多，农田一点点被开发成了厂房，有些地方都是一年一变样。”王秀勇说。最让这个“脚技”艺人如鱼得水的，是虎门的国际服装城。在这个人流如织的贸易中心，老王摆摊表演两个小时挣来的钱，能抵得上平日里10天的收入。“这里不仅人多、钱多，而且‘心善’。”老王到过那么多地方，没见过哪里的人这么有爱心的。这里的人不仅给的钱多，而且还常在城市范围内搞一些爱心活动，让王秀勇这些底层人群受益。

　　90年代中期，东莞开始添了新的景象。街面上的“夜总会”、“酒店”开始越来越多；来围观老王表演的人群里，常有出手阔绰的老板，而他们的身边时常跟随着一位打扮时髦的“年轻妇女”。“可能是为了显示大方，小姐们一示意，老板们往往就给得特别多。有一次我一下就收了800块钱。”王秀勇说。

　　不仅是老板，“小姐”们本身也都出手大方。在老王看来，小姐们给的钱，普遍比一般人群要多。据估算，小姐的资助，能占到他总收入的五分之一。“可能是她们的钱来得容易些吧，再者她们也都出身贫困，对我特别照顾。”除了给钱，小姐们经常把吃不了的高档食品留给王秀勇，这些都让他大为感激。

　　“那时我感觉自己已成了东莞的‘一分子’，东莞人民养育了我。我对东莞的感情就是从那时开始的。”王秀勇说。

　　“好汉”打虎

　　王秀勇很快就发现自己仿佛置身景阳冈。

　　几天前，王秀勇看到了“东莞太子酒店被央视曝光”的消息，惊得张大嘴巴。比起东莞的扫黄风暴终于来临，更让他惊奇的是，“扫黄”竟然就是从他最熟悉的地方开始的。

　　1996年始，王秀勇就住到了黄江镇的玉塘围村，当时，一座宏伟的“太子酒店”正在兴建中。老王当时的邻居，是一位“梁老太”——她的儿子，正是太子酒店的老板梁耀辉。王秀勇和梁耀辉并没有来往，但同梁母熟识，“她家人都很心善，常常一百一百地直接给我。我知道她儿子的酒店里是做什么的，但在那个时候，没有点‘黄’的东西，你的酒店可能都办不下去。”老王说。

　　这时候，“黄”已经广为泛滥了。在王秀勇看来，“太子”都称不上是大酒店，常平、虎门、樟木头等地，都是色情重镇。随着经济发展程度愈高，色情业也就愈加猖獗，老王精辟地总结道：繁荣，(才有)娼盛。

　　但是，由于深得其中益处，“黄”这股逆流倒从未刺痛过王秀勇的“英雄情结”。“这些东西并没有影响我，小姐和嫖客反而还对我有经济上的帮助。”

　　让王秀勇产生“扫黄”念头的，是2010年。当时东莞的色情业规模发展到空前的程度，3月份，时任东莞市公安局副局长的卢伟琪抛出一个“扫黄杀手锏”：公布个人手机号码，接受市民有关涉黄涉赌线索的举报。老王对政府的这种开明政策大为看好，坐等色情业被铲除。谁知一段时间过去，他发现身边没有产生一点响动。“满世界全都是黄，我就不相信，怎么会没人举报？”老王按照报上公布的号码，真的给公安局副局长拨去了电话，但不是没人接听，就是不通，要么就是语音提示让发短信。

　　王秀勇心里打定了主意，他倒要看看公安局究竟扫不扫黄。

　　2010年5月开始，他艰难地抄起圆珠笔，在一个单线格本子上先后绘制了三张粗糙的“地图”，它们分别反映了东坑、大朗和石碣三镇的卖淫嫖娼窝点分布情况，老王叫它们“虎穴淫窝图”。之所以有“虎”，是因为该图也部分反映了当地的涉赌状况，而遍布大街小巷的老虎机正是主要赌博工具。

　　王秀勇就这样开始了“打虎”。但很快他就发现，自己一如当年景阳冈的武松一样孤立无援。

　　“好汉”被打

　　老王暗下决心一定要把这件事做下去。他找来了媒体。于是在东莞和广东当地报纸和电视上，“老人绘制扫黄图”的消息不胫而走，而扫黄的希望也神奇地反映在了现实中，各镇公安真的出动警力开始扫黄。当年6月1日的东莞某报记载着一次石碣镇的扫黄行动：出动警力186人，清查出租屋346间、士多店48间、发廊12间，查处涉黄行政案件1宗。“我对那些媒体建议了，要跟随警察，监督他们扫黄。”王秀勇说，“就是这样，他们也只是抓现行，没有抓到的话，那些发廊都安然无事。”

　　2010年7月14日，王秀勇决定亲自监督警方。上午他走进万江镇公安分局的大门，手拿“扫黄信息”执意要求带领警方去扫黄。当晚8点，万江公安真的让他坐在警车里当向导，按图搜查辖区的涉黄情况。结果，他们在石美地区抓住了两对现行嫖娼。而在收队结束行动时，王秀勇发现“不对劲啊”：警察把他和那两对卖淫嫖娼人员一起，关在了押送违法人员的警车里。他回忆，某警察冷冷地说：没办法啊，我们警车没地方坐了。结果在归途中，颇有名气的老王被认了出来，“小姐”们冷冷的眼神“就像要吃了他”，一个嫖客不由分说一脚踹向他，如果不是双手反铐在身后以及有警员看管，当晚王秀勇难逃一劫。

　　谁知劫难终没逃过。一周后，万江公安分局打来电话，通知王秀勇前来领取举报奖金600元。而当他领了钱刚一走出公安局大门时，立刻被6个人团团围住，一顿暴打劈头袭来。这些人边打边用普通话叫骂，包括“叫你多管闲事”。老王的几颗牙就此留在了东莞，胸腔被打得疼痛了好久。

　　“为什么这些人能找到我在哪里？他们怎么知道我在那个时间会去公安局？”王秀勇现在想来还愤愤不平。

　　老王的电话也不再是个人隐私。一次在石碣镇扫黄期间，他早上接到了一个恐吓电话，还没睡醒的他恍惚觉得对方已站在门口，吓得把手机掉在地上摔烂了。他不明白为什么这些人会有他的电话。

　　王秀勇不仅不敢扫黄，而且连门都渐渐不敢出了。卖艺这种抛头露面的事已经和他绝缘，他只能以捡破烂为生。大部分时间，他躲在出租屋里，焚香、拜佛、读经，祈求保佑平安。

　　他开始上访。信访维稳中心、市公安局纪委和信访办，王秀勇都去过了。他在举报材料的上面附着自己写的大字报：助警扫黄，反被警害，求奖无门，倒贴八千。对方要么表示“反映情况”而无下文，要么就是质问老王有没有“公安不作为”和“与违法人员串通”的证据。他拿不出来。

　　遭受“招安”

　　第二次出于某种原因被排挤出东莞。

　　2010年12月中旬的一天，王秀勇被叫到东莞市公安局，警员给他拿来8000元钱，说是民警们给他个人的“捐助”。老王说，这是他到市纪委去反映情况所收到的成效。

　　买了一张火车票，王秀勇踏上了回山东老家的路途。这仅是他从70年代末离开后，第二次回老家。家里的状况和东莞的生活不能同日而语。没有劳动能力的他，只能守在自家屋顶残缺不全的房子里，每年领着政府3600元“低保”和“五保”救济过活。一辈子未曾婚娶，他守着年过八十的老娘生活在一个院子里，冬天由于没钱烧煤，只给老娘的屋子里置办了炉子，自己在房子里就靠三床被子来度过难熬的冬夜。

　　2011年5月，王秀勇决定重新出门去生活，但头脑中第一个冒出来的目的地，仍然是东莞。在这地方住了近20年，说的一嘴还算流利的粤语，他对这个地方有太多感情。所以老王决定，就算是隐姓埋名到一家工厂去打工，也要回东莞。

　　6月初，他在“精至塑胶制品厂”谋得了一份看门人的工作，平安度过了多半年时间。谁知在2013年3月，平静再被打破。据他回忆，在一次石排镇某警务区的“搜查”中，一名陈姓警员找到了王秀勇，对方拿着老王的暂住证，看了看问道：你是那个“扫黄老人”吧？于是打电话汇报说：王秀勇在这儿工作，我们找到他了。

　　“在这之后，这个厂子的老板娘突然要辞退我，说‘公安的人总来烦我’、‘我实在不敢用你了’，还叫我别啰嗦。”王秀勇说，“我觉得，一定是那段时间我在外面被认出来，有人报给公安局了。”

　　这次王秀勇彻底死心了。他没有尝试去别家找工作，就再度离开了东莞。

　　“好汉”反思

　　“我不恨‘小姐’，我恨的是‘保护伞’。”

　　由于中央和地方电视台的报道，此时在山东老家，王秀勇已经是全乡的名人了。乡亲们有的夸他“胆大”、“没给好汉之乡丢人”，也有人为他捏一把汗，说他没死在那里就不错了。

　　此时的王秀勇，却完全没有英雄成名、告老还乡的满足感。除了愤懑之外，他脑子里开始出现了一些反思的东西。

　　“有个报纸的记者写文章，说我‘扫黄’是出于‘阿qiu(Q)欺负尼姑’的心态。”王秀勇说，“我查了字典也没查着，到现在也不知道是什么意思。”

　　一次受邀到北京来参加某电视台的节目——“性工作者合法化之辩”，回家后他久久思考这个问题。身在东莞近20年，他深知这一行业的复杂和矛盾性。“英雄好汉，没那么简单。”他说。

　　东莞再也回不去了。老王回忆，他当年暗访发廊时会扮成乞丐，上门去求“小姐”施舍，而小姐们大多数都会慷慨解囊，反而一些外表光鲜的人不肯施舍。时光仿佛一下子又回到了80年代他初到东莞时，他始终记着“小姐”和东莞人的恩德。“我不恨‘小姐’，我恨的是‘保护伞’。”
