目前，川AL3060重型半挂牵引车驾驶人王正、货车管理人员郑勇，车主彭东彬、成都志睿物流有限公司法人代表羡志民，宜宾市翠屏区象鼻街道办事处方水社区6组土地堂粉煤灰加注点负责人何强等5人，分别因涉嫌交通肇事罪、重大责任事故罪被警方依法刑拘。
报告中，建议对涉嫌重大责任事故罪的成都志睿物流有限公司分管安全负责人李睿、安全管理人员杜襄义，移送司法机关依法处理。
另外，宜宾市翠屏区象鼻街道办事处安全监督管理站副站长文强、街道办事处主任张勇、副主任唐华，成都龙泉驿区交通运输局局长唐成平、党委委员梅锋以及龙泉驿区交通运输管理所副所长宋莉、安全监督科科长郭汉、货运管理股股长邹大才、安全股工作人员钟光明等9人也分别给予了党纪、政纪处理。
据悉，四川省有关部门还将依法对成都志睿物流有限公司进行行政处罚，并停业整顿，同时依法取缔何强设立的粉煤灰加注点。(完)
