　　韩国政府一位官员表示，韩方希望将有关防止“非法捕捞”的内容包含在FTA文案中，但中方拒绝。韩国政府将就该问题继续努力，争取让中方能同意进行协商。

　　在商品领域谈判方面，韩国政府要求中方取消对韩企制造业项目关税。但中方则要求韩国应免除中国向韩国出口农水产品的关税。

　　韩国政府表示，截至目前，双方在谈判上互相确认各自立场，今后双方将正式全面开展协商。韩国政府将努力把中韩FTA给韩国内产业的打击降低到最小程度。

　　据悉，由中国农业部渔业局局长赵兴武率领的渔业代表团2013年11月11日抵达韩国，并于当天访问韩国海洋警察厅。中国渔业代表团在韩国海洋警察厅听取了中国渔船在韩国海域“非法捕捞”的情况，并与韩方就防范措施进行了磋商。

　　韩国海警与中国渔业代表团就黄海渔船体制性管理方案、联合对非法捕鱼进行打击演练等交换了意见。双方都认为有必要在黄海渔业秩序方面强化合作，同时为消除非法捕鱼而共同努力。
