　　今天白天，青藏高原及其以东的雨雪已逐渐展开攻势，陕西中部、甘肃中南部、宁夏南部、青海东部及新疆伊犁河谷等地均出现降雪或雨夹雪天气，局地降雪量达到暴雪量级。同时，江淮、江南、华南北部等部分地区的降雨也已拉开序幕，以小到中雨为主。

　　未来两天本轮大范围雨雪天气将逐渐发展至鼎盛时期。今天夜间到明天，北方降雪范围和强度会进一步扩大、加强，冬麦区大部也将加入降雪行列。中央气象台今天18时发布暴雪蓝色预警：预计，16日20时至17日20时，西藏南部和东北部、青海南部、甘肃西南部、陕西中部、山西南部、河南西部和湖北西北部等地的部分地区有大雪，其中，西藏南部和青海南部的局部地区有暴雪(10～12毫米)；上述地区积雪深度有3～8厘米，部分地区将出现道路结冰。

　　后天，随着冷空气南下和暖湿气流的共同作用，江淮、江南等地将迎来较强雨雪，不少地方会出现雨夹雪或雨转雪天气。

　　中央气象台提醒：大范围雨雪天气影响中国，需防范雨雪及道路结冰等对交通运输、设施农业、公众生活等的不利影响。明天是周一，又恰逢全国多地中小学开学，雨雪天气将不利于城市早高峰交通正常运行，请大家尽量选择公共交通出行，并提前出门，避免耽误正常上班、上学。

　　值得一提的是，随着冷空气和降雪天气的影响，今天夜间开始，困扰华北、黄淮等地多日的霾天气将逐渐消散，华北等地霾天气的范围明显缩小，中央气象台因此解除霾黄色预警。但河北南部、山东西部等地的部分地区仍有中度霾。

　　16日20时至17日20时，新疆北部、西藏、西北地区中东部、华北中西部、黄淮、江汉大部等地有小到中雪或雨夹雪，其中，西藏南部和东北部、青海南部、甘肃西南部、陕西中部、山西南部、河南西部和湖北西北部等地的部分地区有大雪，局部地区有暴雪，我国南方大部地区有小雨到中雨，其中云南西北部的局部地区有大到暴雨。黄海南部和东海北部海域将有6～7级的偏东风转7～8级、阵风9级风。

　　17日20时至18日20时，西藏东部、河西走廊和西北地区东南部、内蒙古中部、华北中西部、黄淮、江汉北部等地有小到中雪，其中，陕西关中、黄淮西部、江汉北部等地有大雪，部分地区有暴雪；我国南方大部地区有小到中雨或雨夹雪，其中江南东北部等地有大雨。黄海南部、东海北部和北部湾将有7～8级、阵风9级的东北风。

　　18日20时至19日20时，内蒙古东南部、华北北部、江南北部等地有小到中雪或雨夹雪，其中，安徽中南部等地局部有大雪；云南东部、江南南部、华南大部等地有小到中雨。东海大部、台湾海峡将有7～8级、阵风9级的东北风。
