调查显示，当当网所售化妆品来自“天照天”批发市场，当当网方面提供不出任何能证明“正品”的进货凭证。而据雅诗兰黛公司确认，当当网以355元售卖的雅诗兰黛精华红石榴水与其官方渠道产品不符。

另一方面，雅诗兰黛上海商贸有限公司和欧莱雅中国公司出具的鉴定结果显示，亚马逊分别以310元、99元出售的巴黎欧莱雅清润葡萄籽特润霜，雅诗兰黛红石榴日霜均为假货。

虽然该调查并未指明当当网和亚马逊售卖的产品来自平台自营还是第三方卖家，但不能否认的是，此次调查反映了两个平台对于商品质量及第三方卖家资质审核的缺失，网购化妆品乱象再次被推倒台前。

目前，当当网和亚马逊方面均未就此事发表相关回应。
