该案中，原告某通信科技有限公司诉称其拥有的手机商标被国家工商行政管理总局批准认定为“中国驰名商标”，而被告刘某利用淘宝网店大量销售假冒原告注册商标的手机，给原告造成巨大经济损失，遂向法院提起诉讼，请求查封、冻结被告名下财产，金额以人民币10万元为限，并提供了被告支付宝账号作为财产线索。法院经审查裁定后，向支付宝（中国）网络技术有限公司发出《协助执行通知书》，要求冻结被告在其公司支付宝账号内的资金人民币10万元，冻结期限为六个月。支付宝（中国）网络技术有限公司积极配合，将涉案支付宝账号内现有的资金人民币25000余元予以冻结，自冻结之日起该支付宝账号不能用于支付、提现。
罗湖法院此次冻结涉案当事人支付宝账户，有利于实现对被申请人财产的全方位监控，更好地保障申请人的利益，为今后对网络资金账户的查封冻结提供了一定的经验。
