“其实也不是破产倒闭,深圳山寨产业就是这个特点,基本上都是轻资产模式。哪个产品赚钱就做哪个。电子书、智能手机、充电宝、平板电脑的从业者,大部分都是同一批人,有钱赚就做,无钱赚就撤,很正常。”深圳兴诚电子总经理人张宏伟告诉记者。

利润跳水近九成

深圳是全球平板电脑制造基地,除了为苹果、三星、联想、惠普、亚马逊等大品牌代工之外,还生产大量的白牌(也就是通称的山寨机)平板电脑。平板电脑市场这两年一直处于高速扩容状态,出货量每年增幅都超过50%。高速增长的市场,使得深圳的山寨平板电脑产业高度繁荣。

“前年、去年,华强电子市场中,每十个人中,就可能有两个人在做平板。”在深圳华强北电子一条街做了十年电子元器件产品生意的李海平告诉记者。然而,自去年底以来,越来越多的人开始退出平板电脑市场,“主要原因就是利润降得太快了,两三年前,出一台平板电脑,有100多元的利润;现在的利润只剩十多元,已经没有办法做了。我身边就有七八个朋友转行做充电宝了,那个产品赚钱更容易。”

兴诚电子总经理张宏伟告诉南都记者,深圳华强北这些年经历了多轮的山寨热,但都是铁打的营盘流水的兵。“转来转去,基本上还是那一拨人。做山寨M P4,山寨手机,山寨平板的,基本上都赚了钱,但山寨电子书让这些人都吃了大苦头。我就在山寨电子书上亏了五六百万。现在来看,山寨平板很可能会走山寨智能手机的老路,在辉煌了两三年之后,快速走下坡路。我也在考虑是否该退出这个行业了。”

南都记者了解到,深圳做山寨平板的企业,主要有三种经营模式。一种是主要做外单的贸易商,这些贸易商从外商那里拿单,然后委托工厂生产,赚取贸易差价。这类企业占据了深圳山寨平板企业的七成还多,他们不需要在生产设备上投资,根据订单来采购,不存在库存风险;另一种是主要做生产加工,需要投入大量资金建生产线和招人,属于重资产运营;还有一种就是做自有品牌和国内市场,需要在品牌推广、营销网络和售后服务方面投入较大资源。

“利润高,大家纷纷进入。然后是价格战,利润快速下滑。山寨智能手机当年走过的路,山寨平板如今正在走。相信很多企业和贸易商都撑不到今年年底就会走人了。”李海平以过来人的身份分析指出。

记者在华强北电子市场发现,那些位于市场三四楼非黄金地段的商铺,生意十分清淡,店铺工作人员不是在玩手机,就是在聊天。不少柜台上还贴着转租的牌子。“大品牌价格降得太厉害,山寨产品的价格优势不再明显,消费者自然是越来越少了。”一位销售人员告诉记者。

上游厂家欲加大扶持力度

尽管中小企业纷纷在撤退,但一些已经成规模的山寨平板企业,却看到了做大做强的机会,特别是英特尔今年加大对平板电脑厂商的扶持,让这些厂商看到了更多希望。

作为芯片巨头,英特尔在移动领域一直处于被动挨打的状态,英特尔中国区总裁杨叙表示,十分看好深圳的创新环境,希望能与深圳成规模的山寨一起,推动深圳平板产业的发展。

从去年下半年开始,英特尔加大了对深圳平板电脑厂商的扶持力度,德普特、蓝魔数码、汉普电子、天智伟业、台电科技等多家平板电脑配件及相关厂商纷纷与英特尔展开合作,推出了基于英特尔处理器的平板电脑。英特尔中国区产业链营销总监洪力在接受南都记者采访时强调,虽然深圳以做山寨机出名,但是也有一部分厂商开始自己设计,开始有自己的一些品牌诉求。英特尔希望与其深度合作,共同做大平板市场。而在此前的M WC 2014上,英特尔产品架构事业部副总裁、移动通信事业部中国区总经理陈荣坤就曾透露,在2014年,平板电脑将是英特尔的最大工作重心。据坊间传闻,英特尔2014年全年的资源约有七成投向平板电脑市场。

而对于那些成规模的山寨品牌来说,能攀上英特尔这棵大树,无疑也是梦寐以求的。“英特尔有着丰富的资源,对产业发展方向的判断也十分敏锐。跟着英特尔走,当然会比自己摸着石头过河要强很多。”酷比魔方市场部负责人私下向南都记者透露。
