  今天上午,此次关于尼康D600集体维权活动的代理律师袁律师在接受《法制晚报》记者采访时表示,“在消费者办理好相关手续之后,我们会首先整理相关证据,并制定维权方案,并依法向尼康公司发送律师函,如果尼康公司有协商的意愿,那么律师将代表广大受害者和尼康公司进行谈判。”


  据了解,一旦尼康公司没有谈判意愿,或谈判破裂,律师将代表消费者向管辖法院提起诉讼。


  “相对于个体的消费者来说,集体维权的力量更大。集体维权针对的是某件产品一个批次或大范围出现的问题。而因为涉及的人数较多,将给公司带来很大的压力,很多集体维权甚至没有走到诉讼,在谈判阶段就已经能够将问题解决。”袁律师表示。

  央视曝光后消费者建“联盟”


  自从3·15央视曝光之后,消费者们自发在网上形成“联盟”。


  来自北京的于先生是此次签署维权协议的3人之一。于先生告诉记者,2013年6月份他花费10200元购买了尼康D600套机。使用了两个月后,发现自己的照片左上角出现大小不一的斑点,他当时并没有重视这一情况。随后他在网络上发现有不少人都出现类似的问题,于先生找出自己这一台相机所拍摄的照片,发现在相机购回后第十天左右,就出现了这种情况,而当时自己却没有注意到。


  直到2013年10月份,于先生才带着自己的相机前往尼康北京售后服务中心进行维修。售后服务人员称这属于正常的镜头进灰情况,并为于先生更换了快门零件。而当于先生将维修后的机子拿回家两天后发现,又出现了同样的情况。于先生再次来到售后服务中心,得到的是同样的解释,而这次并没有为于先生更换快门零件,而是为其进行清洗镜头。


  清洗完镜头的相机这种问题并没有消失,于先生第三次来到售后服务中心,得到的仍然是清洗镜头。直到第四次,问题仍然存在,于先生放弃去找售后服务。


  而来自上海的王先生也告诉记者,尼康的官方售后称这属于一种正常进灰现象。“可是尼康的售后却一直不肯承认是质量出现问题,并且玩起了文字游戏。”


  “到现在,售后服务人员还告诉我们这种情况只要更换快门零件就可以解决,可是有很多案例证实,换了快门一样有问题,甚至导致机子出现更严重的问题。”王先生说。


  原来,国家对于“三包”有条例规定,由于某一处问题维修两次而得不到解决的,需要进行更换。“这就是为什么帮我更换快门零件都不肯承认是维修。而且我去了四次,只有第一次换了快门,其他都只做清洗。”于先生说道。


  “他们就是不想让我们换机器。”来自辽宁丹东的孙先生说:“他们到现在都不承认是机子的质量问题,我们去售后的时候,他们首先查看我们的维修单,如果已经换过一次快门,就不再同意换快门,只做清洗。”
