　　湖北日报讯 (记者陈春保、通讯员余立鹏、陈钰) 昨日，因发短信邀请同事参加婚宴，蕲春药监局一干部被县纪委约谈，责令其就婚礼操办情况向纪委作出书面报告和承诺。

　　该干部违反了《蕲春干部操办婚丧喜庆事宜的规定》。按照规定，干部举办婚丧等，不得以任何方式邀请除亲戚(直系亲属、五代以内旁系亲属及近姻亲)以外人员参加，尤其是下属、服务管理对象。

　　刹住“人情风”，管住干部变味“份子钱”，蕲春于年初出台此规定，划定干部操办喜庆事宜的范围、邀请人员、规模、车辆使用等9条“红线”。比如操办婚丧，除严格限制邀请人员范围外，对规模设上限：“宴请人数不得超过180人”、“车队不得超过8辆”。

　　除婚丧事宜外，蕲春要求干部严禁操办“生日宴”、“升学宴”、“乔迁宴”等其他任何喜庆活动。

　　建立干部操办婚丧备案制度，有效监督干部。县纪委副书记张贤君介绍，干部需在婚丧活动前后10个工作日内，分别就操办事宜、时间、地点、邀请人数及范围，以及酒席桌数、参加人员、收受礼金、车辆使用等情况，书面向县纪委或单位党委报告。

　　对违规干部，一律先免职，后立案查处。县公安局一副局长为女儿操办婚礼，接受其下属94人所送“份子钱”4.6万元，被党内严重警告并免职。
