Microblog of 24 hours for passengers in Beijing Subway directions

　　本报讯(记者 刘冕) 今后，乘客只要私信北京地铁新浪微博，就能享受24小时指路等服务。昨日，北京地铁官微正式启用自助查询功能。

　　市民在私信地铁微博时，分别输入1至4，可以查询地铁首末班车时间、地铁线路图、地铁乘车路线和地铁车站信息等内容。记者输入“3”，立刻收到回复：手机版换乘查询请输入字母“s”，电脑版换乘查询请输入字母“d”。输入相应字母后，回复框会弹出“北京地铁换乘查询”的链接，乘客点击进入后既可以选择在线路图上选择目的车站，也可以直接输入目的车站信息。地铁网站会给出较快捷和少换乘两种策略，并估算出出行时间。

　　除了自助查询服务，北京地铁微博还将推出应急预警服务，一旦地铁发生突发事件，将通过微博第一时间向粉丝推送信息，让乘客及时调整出行路线。

　　目前，北京地铁官方微博已经有粉丝128万余人，发布微博超过1.2万条。
