　　裘援平表示，国家侨务部门积极回应侨胞合理合法诉求，推动制订涉侨政策法规，协调敦促有关部门维护侨胞权益，加大侨商投资权益保护力度，破解了华侨农场历史遗留难题，逐步解决海外侨胞在华居留、身份证件使用、子女就学、就业参保等问题，为外籍华人来华探亲等提供更多便利。推广地方侨办与司法部门成立法律维权服务中心，依托律师事务所开展法律咨询、法律援助、诉讼代理等为侨服务。

　　裘援平介绍说，去年施行的《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》和《中华人民共和国外国人入境出境管理条例》，是两部重要的涉侨法律和行政法规，为华侨华人入出境提供了更多便利。
