2014年3月初，有群众举报称商洛市政府办公室监察室主任齐某于2014年1月28日下午18时许，与三位女性(刘某、段某、王某)在酒店房间喝酒过程中发生打闹、搂抱行为。但在调查过程中，齐某反映其系被社会闲散人员王宝峰陷害，并遭到敲诈勒索，并向公安机关报案。

3月19日，商洛市纪委依据公安机关上述调查结论，根据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》、《陕西省纪检监察机关纪律规定》和纪检监察机关查办案件有关程序规定，决定免去齐某商洛市政府办公室监察室主任职务，并立案调查。随后将根据调查结果，依法依纪严肃处理。 来源：西部网
