教育局：今起排查 为期20天
据了解，各区(县级市)排查时间为3月20日至4月10日，市级督查时间为4月7日至4月11日，重点检查行政区域内幼儿园是否有违规组织幼儿群体服药的行为。
排查内容包括七个方面：幼儿园是否有《办学许可证》等证件并在有效期内；托幼机构用药安全管理(包括代喂药管理、集体预防性服药管理、保健室药物管理)是否符合要求；有无开展群体服药(包括处方药、非处方药和凉茶等)；是否未取得《医疗机构执业许可证》擅自设立卫生室，进行诊疗活动；托幼机构卫生保健人员配备人数、资质是否符合标准；是否落实园长和幼儿园保健人员安全卫生管理专项培训；卫生保健人员上岗前是否接受过当地妇幼保健机构组织的卫生保健专业知识培训并考核合格，取得卫生部门认可的培训证书等。
市教育局强调，各地教育、卫生计生行政部门及幼儿园、中小学校必须严格管理幼儿及学生健康服务工作，因常见病防治需要而组织幼儿及中小学生群体服药时要做到“五必须”：
●必须事先经医疗卫生专家论证；
●必须经县级以上卫生计生行政部门商同级教育行政部门同意并制订详细的防治方案；
●必须坚持学生和家长知情同意、自愿参加的原则；
●必须有卫生技术人员进行现场指导；
●必须向证照俱全的正规医药生产、经营企业购买药品。
任何单位或个人不得擅自或越权组织幼儿及中小学生群体服药。
幼儿园：怎么服药 做法各异
一些幼儿园负责人表示，他们从来不允许老师私自给学生喂服药品。如果孩子生病需要服药怎么办？白云区某公办幼儿园一名老师告诉记者，该园严格规定，首先家长必须在校医处填写表格，注明服什么药，服药的时间和分量如何，最后由家长签名确认。
至于会否给孩子喝凉茶，有部分幼儿园坦承，偶尔会喝一两次，但不会多。每次都会在群里向家长汇报，如果有家长不同意的，就不会强行给孩子喝。
