52年“单飞”访华 米歇尔头一个
法制晚报讯 (记者 王岗 张洁清) 美国“第一夫人”米歇尔，今日开启为期一周的访华行程。美国白宫称，这是美国总统夫人首次单独对华进行正式访问。
《法制晚报》记者根据媒体公开报道统计发现，自1962年印尼总统苏加诺夫人哈蒂妮首次受邀访华以来，除即将展开访华之旅的米歇尔外，共有25位“第一夫人”35次访华。除了三位“第一夫人”独自但非正式到访中国外，32次均为陪同本国元首出访，比例达到九成以上。
而米歇尔则成为52年来，单独且正式的访问中国的第一人。此外，记者发现，在所有来访的“第一夫人”中，米歇尔两次演讲以及举办教育圆桌会议都将成为先例。
数据显示，“第一夫人”访华行程中，最多的就是参观名胜古迹，其中八达岭长城为夫人们去过最多的地方。访问学校则为其次，这两项占比超过50%。
相比之下，本报对2008年至2013年访华的44位政要行程统计发现，其中59%的人更青睐演讲、座谈等相对正式的活动。

为何52年才出现
“第一夫人”正式访华？
今天上午，中国传媒大学国际关系研究所教授杨勉告诉法晚记者，米歇尔、彭丽媛作为同一时期现任国家元首的夫人来讲，两人的契合度非常高。首先，相仿的年纪能拉近两人见面时的亲切感；其次在面对公众时，两人都很端庄大气，应对自如。这些恰到好处的因素都积极地促成两人的见面，促成一同交流一同参观访问的合适契机。
“夫人外交”虽不是空前绝后的，但并不是国家间外交中常常使用的方式和手段。不过偶尔一次，无论在形式还是在阵容上，都是非常新颖的，而且势必能达到一个较好的效果。
