Chinese air force search mission towards Perth 24th

　　中国空军前方指挥组组长刘殿君说，24日凌晨3时，中国两架伊尔－76运输机将依次从澳大利亚皮尔斯空军基地转场到珀斯国际机场，完成加油后飞赴南印度洋中澳两国卫星发现疑似漂浮物的海域进行搜寻，并为中国海上搜救舰船提供信息。

　　刘殿君还表示，预计中国空军第一次搜寻的最远距离为2700公里，往返飞行时间8个多小时。考虑到南印度洋任务海域航程远、面积大、海况复杂，为使搜救工作更加有效、科学，中澳双方经过协商，对第一次搜救航线和时间进行了调整。

　　中国空军两架伊尔－76飞机22日从马来西亚梳邦空军基地飞抵澳大利亚，其间按计划经停珀斯国际机场，后转场到皮尔斯空军基地。中国空军原定于23日14时派出1个机组，飞赴南印度洋相关海域进行空中搜寻。

　　记者从中国空军前方指挥组了解到，参与搜寻工作的中国空军两天来不断对搜寻任务进行研究，对任务海域的航线、气象、通信等问题进行飞行前准备，制定了应对各种复杂情况的预案。
