　　广西壮族自治区纪委方面介绍，近年来，广西各级党委、政府下大气力抓基层干部队伍思想作风建设，基层干部作风有明显改变，但一些县和乡存在上班迟到早退，工作遥控指挥，晚上唱“空城计”问题，群众反映强烈，个别地方因领导脱岗，遇突发事件时造成一定后果。

　　广西把纠正县、乡两级领导干部“走读”问题作为整治“四风”的重要内容，经广西壮族自治区党委同意，自治区纪委、自治区党委组织部联合出台《关于进一步严明工作纪律坚决纠正基层领导干部“走读”问题的通知》。

　　根据规定，居住地离工作地较远的领导干部应尽量吃住在工作地，县(市、区)和乡镇领导班子成员须带头住夜，除开会、请假和出差等特殊情况外，每人每星期在工作所在地住夜不应少于4天。县级领导干部每人联系1个以上乡镇，乡镇领导干部要联系1个以上村，定期到联系点与基层干部群众交流、谈心，了解情况，帮助解决实际困难。

　　根据规定，在双休日和节假日，广西各地实行领导干部在岗带班和一般干部24小时轮流值班制度，重要岗位专人值守，值班人员和值班电话等信息应向党员群众公开，接受社会监督。
